Too much waiting to purchase an advertised vehicle! Other than that love the car so far!

Found a car online and told them I would drive in the next day first thing in the morning. This was to be my daughter’s first car. I said “I am driving 3 hours so be sure the car is not sold to someone else before I get there.” I called at 8:30 the next morning and spoke to the “manager” who even emailed me the invoice. I showed up and Forest informed me they just sold the car. They offered to give me a fill up but wanted to go to the station to gas my truck up that I had just filled up right before arriving. They of course couldn’t write a check. I left with a crying daughter and no car. This is the most expensive and annoying bait and switch ever. Avoid this place. These people are liars. You have been warned.

Despite qualifying for a very favorable interest rate etc the dealer funneled me into a junky, high interest loan. My experience wasn’t positive.

Left the lot with a used Hyundai Veloster. In a month span of having the vehicle I had to replace the battery, alternator, two new tires, the light bulb in the inside of my car, trunk switch to open the trunk, the ac in the car, catalytic converter, etc. This dealership is a scam! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Jay was very helpful and informative as to which car would be best for me. Everyone there were nice and welcoming. Even the restrooms there were nice and clean. They had many options with great prices and they worked with me financially. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend others

I bought a vehicle from them on 03/10/22! They are a bunch of scam artist! They showed me a loan agreement for 40 months for a car. I was hesitant at first but they convinced me to sign. After making payments for over a year and a half I find out they lied and switched the paperwork! It’s not 40 it’s 72 months for the car and financing! They completely lied and defrauded me! So when I confronted them about lying and switching paper work they refused to show me all of the paperwork I signed! Do not buy a vehicle from them! They are scam artists and will rip you off! I’m talking to the financing company, a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau now! Avoid doing business with them!
