Recent service experience

Brandy did a great job taking care of my routine maintenance needs on Saturday. Always enjoy and very much appreciate your techs. They are professional and trustworthy which is the very reason I continue to do business at Bob Sight Kia and recommend Bob Sight to my friends. NOTE: The only reason I gave the "Facilities" a rating of 4 stars was because there were non-mask wearing customers in the waiting area on Saturday. This is not a direct reflection on Bob Sight's service or facilities with the exception that mandatory masks and refusal to provide service to those who choose to be non-compliant is simply a suggestion. Thank you!

Great experience!

The entire experience from start to finish was quick and I didn't feel it wasted a lot of unnecessary time. The time to work the final price was quick. The longest part of the process was waiting to talk to the finance guy. Richard was great to work with. There was no high pressure sales tactics which was nice.

Excellent expertise

Updated communication and the knowledge of what was going on with my vehicle.I also like the acknowledgment upon arrival.The great service that they gave me outside of what I was getting fixed up on my car was excellent.

Bryan Buehler has been my salesman for about the last twelve years and I wont be going anywhere else.I tell him what Im looking for and we go from there. Ive never walked out of there without buying a car.

Got burned on a previous buy from another dealer. These great folks took real good care of us and sold us a very nice car. Salesman was very helpful and polite, also very knowledgeable of the vehicles.
