Noise in car

The technician assigned for my car was great. What I thought was a problem with my car was actually caused by a door opener sliding around in my sunglass holder. He made me feel comfortable with my mistake.

Great Buying experience

My sales rep Matt Rodecap was super reponsive anytime I reached out I heard back in minutes. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his transparency through the whole process

friendly facility, and clean

The staff was fast to check me and inform me of the services that was agreed to be done on my car that day. They usually completed most task within one hour or less with simple mainteance task.

Great service

Service was good, techs were friendly. We were given a rental car free of charge because our engine blew on our Kia Optima and this was very helpful because my father in law was in the hospital at the time so this allowed my husband to visit him while we still had another vehicle at home for me to drive if needed.

Went in for a problem with the brakes on my 18 Sorento....

Went in for a problem with the brakes on my 18 Sorento. The service adviser started out hinting that whatever was going on might not be covered by the warranty? They found the front rotors were warped at 28,000 miles. Then proceeded to tell me the rotors were wear items and not covered past 12,000 miles. I felt that it should have been covered and asked to speak to a regional rep. They refused and provided me with a customer service phone number for Kia. Charged me to turn the rotors and falsely claimed on the paperwork they replaced the front brake pads. Unwilling to even try to help a customer who has came in for service and parts for years. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. After this experience I have decided this will be my last Kia.
