Great service

Professional, thorough, welcoming. Bought car here 3 years ago. NO major issues, great performance and mileage. They take good care of their customers and vehicles. Car that will last to be passed to grandchildren. For peace of mind and as good investment, I recommend extended service and maintenance warranties. I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER.

always very quick service and great communication, easy to set up service appointment. waiting area is clean and felt social distance was easy

Quick and Easy

I was able to get an oil change appointment the same day. They were also able to complete other maintenance that was due, and provided other free inspections, while I waited.

Memorable

The associate was empathetic and compassionate. While my vehicle was being serviced I received horrific news that a very dear friend of mine had passed because of Covid-19 complications. He tried to comfort me and expedited my appointment. I will never forget his kindness.

Great people, quick service

All staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Replaced my motor quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. Would take my car there again.

Pleasant experience Everytime!

Friendly associates, car was finished ahead of schedule, They called to explain everything and made sure I understood. Everyone is always very nice and I never have to wait long.

No pushy sales person, clean facility.

I was not rushed to make a decision, Matt Boutte' was very calm and understanding.( I can be difficult) All of my questions were answered. Andy Pack works hard to get everything situated.

10/10 would recommend

Staff finished my vehicle quickly. They were understanding when I had questions and very friendly. I continue to take my vehicle to Bob Sight Kia for any of my service needs because I feel more like family and less like a number. My mother recommended me to this service when I needed a new car because she has been going to Bob Sight Kia for 15 years. They are really amazing and helpful.
