My first impression was meeting an outstanding professional and friendly salesman with incredible knowledge on every question I asked. His caring of helping a customer me was one of the main reasons i bought from him. His passion for helping people shows thru with brightness. Thanks to Ferman BMW and Thomas Berges.

The Service team is always friendly and helpful; They communicate well before, during and after service so that you always know what is going on with your car. You pay more at a dealership, but they frequently have specials and coupons and if something is under warranty, they cover it.

I brought my BMW in to get the locked lug nuts off which I was told was going to be $350 to have 2 cut off. Needless to say I did not have it done there and went to a tire place who got them off for free. I am not at all complaining about Jimmy whalen's quote I'm sure he had to put enough time depending on what you guys came across.

Ferman BMW up charges OEM parts significantly higher than its competitors. In my experience the labor was 1001% the cost of the part. Labor time was under 1 hour. My other vehicle is a Mercedes Benz, I always take it to the dealership and I have never experienced such arbitrary and exorbitant charges. I am all for paying a fair price for excellent service, unfortunately this business is out of touch with the local market

The Tech Doug was outstanding. He was reliable and able to meet all my service needs perfectly. The greeter was also courteous and very helpful. I will return to Furman BMW in Palm Harbor for all of my service seeds. The added touch was the detailing of my car inside and out. Perfect job!
