Ethan/Rebekah were amazing. Answered all our questions and went out of their way to help. George is probably the worst financing specialist I’ve ever worked with. We both wanted out/wanted to leave with how high-stress the sales process became and he purposely wanted us to take a 3% higher rate, along with giving excuses that the reason was my tier 2 credit, which 761 credit isn’t. Also fought back when we discussed not wanting GAP coverage, not only because I’m military, but because my trade in was so high.
Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. My case manager has never called me back. Car is a 2021 and power steering already went out July 25!? Cannot get a loaner so I picked my car up after 5 days being at dealership. I get different answers every day when I call. It’s been ridiculous and I will never recommend a Hyundai. BTW, my niece is having the same problem with hers.
Still have never received a call back from John, my case manager. Smh.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They let me know exactly what is covered under my service contract, what needs to be done to keep my warranty in tact and suggests only things to make my vehicle run more efficiently. The shuttle service is really convenient also.

I sat in the very hot waiting room for 5 hours waiting
I sat in the very hot waiting room for 5 hours waiting for my car to be serviced. I asked for an update around hour 3, and nobody was able to give me any updates on my vehicle. Before leaving, i was just told to sign the paperwork saying they checked it and was not given very much, if any, information about the problems.

Brought car in for wobbly sound under hood at 120,000
Brought car in for wobbly sound under hood at 120,000 miles. After a week, diagnosed rack and pinion replacement for $1800. No resolution. Took it back, still no resolution and no work guarantee. So disappointing.

Dealership was easy to deal with. People were great and friendly. Only complaint would be how long it took to get our car but that’s not on them more so the shipping company.

My salesperson Sam was great and really tried to get all things takin care of. Somehow though the new car detail wasn't done right, twice! Still finding factory protection wrap. The main thing that has me upset is first the added items were to be in the $5000.00 range. My $51,800.00 list ended up in the 60's. Was from Tulsa and delivery was never offered! As finance is going over things having signatures on every page. I ask, how much does this add to the car. "Included", I'm told then get home, go over all the paperwork and just went flush. I partially blame myself, believing all were like Sam. This is my reason for 3 stars. Thank you, Sam!

Our sales man Andrew Hollingsworth was Truly the Greatest Of All Time. even when we were waiting for the vehicle to get there he would send us updates on the car and when it came time to buy I never felt like I was pressured into anything it was great.
