They do not honor their word, their work, nothing.

They do not honor their word, their work, nothing. Purchased a Cadillac there in November of 24. It’s now march 1st and the vehicle has cost me an additional 2200$ bc the extended warranty doesn’t cover what they stated it would, they did a multi point inspection(120) and still will not fix anything. Do not purchase a vehicle here

My car buying experience was very pleasant.

My car buying experience was very pleasant. All of the staff I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, and open to my input. The features of the Tucson packages were explained and compared in an unrushed manor. I'm looking forward to driving my new car and to having it serviced at Edmond Hyundai.

I have absolutely no complaints.

I have absolutely no complaints. Easton did a great job listening to my needs on my next car. Brian and Parker really took care of me and making sure I got into the car I wanted and making sure I got what I was looking for in payment. The best team and I couldn't thank them enough for their help and making it possible to drive off with a new 2025 Tucson. I'm for sure recommending family and friends to see these guys.

Sales and financing extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt pressured or uneasy about the time spent negotiating the details of the trade-in and purchase. All my questions and concerns about the vehicle, financing and extended warranty were answered in a way to allow me to consider both the short term and long term considerations regarding customer satisfaction and peace of mind. The vehicle I purchased is the 3rd in a row from Edmond Hyundai, but this experience was exceptional! My compliments to Easton, Matthew and Tyler for an outstanding job and customer experience!
