Sales was friendly, but the online price is only if you lease the vehicle. I want a price to buy a vehicle. To lease is to lend is to rent to me. I want... to buy. I showed up ready to pay cash, but the price went up $5,000.00 after they took away all the "discounts" . Now I know how they operate and will not be back
Everyone was great, the edmond promise is what made us choose Edmond Hyundai. You can't beat that deal they offer. Sales people were amazing, finance people... were amazing, and we love our Santa fe! It is my favorite ride to date! I thought I had an issue and got into the service dept immediately, turned out to be my mistake of not knowing how to turn the device on properly. They were super nice and helpful to show me how to operate it correctly. And it was all done super fast. I plan on using them for any future purchases. 5¿
The service was GREAT!!! Couldn't have asked for a better team!!!
Thank you for this great review!
Great experience! Cole Morris was very helpful with our purchase. They walked us through the process from start to finish. We would recommend this place... to others.
I drove over 100 miles to this dealership to buy a new car at its online listed price. Waited over an hour for them to get to me and came in with the price... sheet where the price doubled. I showed them the online ad multiple times and they all still played along and never said anything. About 3 hours in I had enough and had to leave. This place will waste your time and lie to your face. The next day I got an automated email from the manager Luke. I emailed him back about my displeasure and he never would respond or get back with me. He obviously knows how they do business and does not want to talk with the many displeased customers. I used to like Hyundai’s but will never buy one again because of this. I will be sending this same message to Hyundai’s corporate.
Inquired about a new car and left my phone number. Couldn't be bothered to get back to me. They apparently don't need the business. Don't... waste your time.
John, it looks like we have been trying to reach out to you but have been unsuccessful with the phone number we have. Please give our General Manager,... Luke, a call at (405) 696-4950 and we would like to get this situation straightened out. Thank you!
I saw the price of the car I wanted on Cars.com, called and verified they had car and price. I then drove 2 hours to get there to make the deal, and pay... cash, no finance. Then they raised the price about 5 K over advertised price, very unethical dealership. I guess I will go out of state again to buy a car.
Steve, we are sorry you felt your Edmond Hyundai experience was a negative one. Our General Manager, Luke, is aware of this and would love to speak wi...th you if you can give him a call at (405) 696-4950. Thank you!
I have tried to come to resolve with dealership that call themselves professionals, but after being hung up on and no call back…I feel this review... is only right. Hopefully others will see the poor quality of work done by this dealership. Back in March 2017, my husband and I bought a 2015 BMW X5 from Edmond Hyundai. Everything was fine until around March 2018 when I noticed significant oil leaks from the car in our garage. So, we scheduled and appointment at the dealership on March 23rd to get it looked at. After looking at the car, I was advised by the technician that the reason for the leak was due to the oil cap not securely fastened from the previous oil change we had scheduled at the dealership prior to that date (meaning it was them admitting fault). He advised me that they tightened the oil cap and it should resolve the issue of the oil leak. Since that appointment, we continued to drive the car and kept up with our regular maintenance with Edmond Hyundai. In November, on our way to Tulsa to visit family for the Thanksgiving holidays, a “check oil level” light came on while we driving which prompted my husband to call the dealership to schedule an oil change appointment on November 23rd. While at the dealership, my husband made a complaint about an oil leak prior to them changing the oil and they advised they will look at it and let him know the outcome. My husband was then advised that they could not find the source of the leak, but they cleaned the engine and wiped the excess oil, and then advised my husband to drive the car a while and bring it back if the problem persists. On November 29th, not even a week after my husband took car to the dealership, on our way home a “battery charge malfunction” light came on and turn caused the engine to lock up and shut off, leaving us stranded on the side of the road with our baby. The next morning, we got the car towed to a BMW dealership to get it looked at. They ran diagnostics and we were told the engine malfunction was due to an oil leak in the engine. We were advised that the costs to repair the vehicle is almost $5,000. At this time our car sitting at the dealership and will not even start, leaving us without a vehicle. After multiple attempts to reach out to the Edmond Hyundai and see if they would help us with these cost, we have not received any help or response. My husband spoke with Wes Baker on 12-3-18 and he told my husband to send over an email with the damages done. My husband sent the email to Wes Baker and called him and still has not received any kind of response. I am writing this review because I hope it alerts others to not trust these technicians or car salesman like we did.
Our first purchasing experience with Edmond Hyundai was in 2015. It was a good experience and we were pleased with the Sonata Limited that we purchased.... We were passing this vehicle on to a family member and we were interested in purchasing a new 2018 Sonata Limited for ourselves. We chose to return to Edmond Hyundai in September of 2018. However, the shopping experience this time round was "strange" from the get-go. We ended up purchasing from here, but the communication was below par during shopping and during/after the purchasing of the new vehicle. I could write a novel about our disappointment in this latest shopping/purchasing experience! I was even asked twice by a customer service rep if I would do a favor and submit a perfect survey! Unacceptable! We are pleased with Hyundai vehicles. However, Edmond Hyundai is not the only game in town. Although I have always been pleased with the Edmond Hyundai service department and will return, we will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again!
Karen, we are sorry you feel your Edmond Hyundai experience was 1-star. Please call our store at 405-696-4950 to speak with our General Manager, Luke ...Glavan. He would like to know more about your experience could have been made better. Thank you.
No where will you find the level of care and commitment that the sales team has for their customers LONG after the sale is finalized. Thank you for making... me such a great deal on my new vehicle
Thank you for your review!
