The Facility is very nice and the staff is really good at

The Facility is very nice and the staff is really good at what they do! No issues in the service that was performed. The wait time was reasonable for the time of day that I arrived on a Saturday.

Great service.

Great service. Really liked Oliver. He was very professional and courteous. Also really like the waiting area for the service department. Lots of room to do work if needed.

My experience is always great when having my Santa Fe

My experience is always great when having my Santa Fe serviced. My service advisor Sheila was also great and very patient with me. She took her time with me explaining the details of the service and billing. I really appreciated her professionalism.

Check engine light diagnostics - $230.

Check engine light diagnostics - $230. The issue part was charged at $700, another cal $100 which when checked online was $55 and $14.84 worth respectively. Moreover the labor charges were rocket high. Apart from that I had done tire rotation and alignment from else where and they still had that recommendation charging around $279 which I got done for $120 outside. So be careful when you getting your car serviced here. It's definitely gonna rip you off.

We brought our Hyundai Tucson for oil change.

We brought our Hyundai Tucson for oil change. They took our car on time, registration process was quick and easy. Evaluation and inspection were completed timeless and made us maintenance recommendations. Staff were professional and friendly. Overall we were happy and satisfied with their service.

I already explained to the staff what the problem was

I already explained to the staff what the problem was from the other dealership that I took my car to in Concord thinking that the recall would be taken care of after turning my car over to them at South Boulevard Hyundai to only find out that my VIN number was excluded from the repair Which cost me money that I did not expect to pay. I felt like they should?ve checked with Hyundai about the recall before running a diagnostic on my car and call me to let me know that my car was not covered and if they were to run a diagnostic, I would be charged with. I want to accept the repair fees or not then I would have felt like they were giving me an option to proceed with it diagnostic I just felt like I was not given an option after letting them know ahead of time while I was bringing them my vehicle, knowing what the problem was so I was charged for what I already knew. I was bringing my car in for thinking it would be taken care of because it was a recall.
