Bought my vehicle 3 years ago when they were at their old
Bought my vehicle 3 years ago when they were at their old location. They were the only dealership in my area to have the vehicle I was looking for so I went there and bought it. Didn?t even ask the price, just signed the papers because it was the right vehicle. In 3 years I have put 80k miles on my vehicle. Love the vehicle and Keeley in the service department is great. But now, they don?t have any vehicles for me to look at. I am at the point where I am ready to trade in and trade up but South Charlotte Hyundai doesn?t have any inventory. I would love to get a new vehicle but they don?t have any. So I am going to go shopping elsewhere.

Engine went out on my 2015 sonata.
Engine went out on my 2015 sonata. Sheila helped me by finding that the engine was covered by hyundai warranty. They replaced with a new engine at no cost to me. She was very good at keeping me informed during the whole process. Turn over period was very fast. The only gripe I have is my right headlight assemble wasn't working when I got the car back. The tech that installed the engine forgot to hook the light assemble back up, and insisted that the lights were never disconnected.

I took my 2025 Hyundai Palisade to the South Charlotte
I took my 2025 Hyundai Palisade to the South Charlotte Hyundai tor the 14,000 mile check. Check-in process was excellent and the work was done quickly. AND I got a great car wash!!

Unfortunately the inspection could not be completed
Unfortunately the inspection could not be completed because machine was unable to connect with DOTNC system. Service manager, Oliver, kept me informed as services were completed and of the state inspection problems.

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. I am convinced I was sold a lemon. Went to complain about a safety issue. Showed both a picture and video of the message I was getting. Absolutely no empathy. Was even blamed for the issue. In case i forgot, i just purchased this vehicle less than 2 months ago. Definitely contemplating lawsuit. Will NEVER touch a Hyundai ever again. Will also report to the BBB.
