The service techs did a great job with my car. However, the advisor was horrible. When I checked in, it was with one advisor (very nice gentleman) and no one asked about coupons and I didn't think to mention it. The advisor that checked me out, Kirsten was very rude when I mentioned I had a coupon. She said that I should have told them when I checked in. After that she had a nasty attitude and didn't go over my service report with me. She acted like she wanted me out of there.

Service department is awful.
Service department is awful. Called ahead a week in advance to schedule appointment for service. I was advised it would take 1 1/2 hours. Waited for my vehicle for 2 hours. Questioned how much longer. Checked and they had not even started on my vehicle. It was still sitting in the back untouched!

I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle in 2022 from Toyota Franklin. This year 2024, I had transmission issues and needed a new transmission. Thank goodness the extended warranty covered the fees. I want to give a special thank you to Kirsten Smith in the service department. She stayed on top of the process, keeping me informed every day. I have never had to have a vehicle fixed under a warranty and was very apprehensive of the whole process. Kirsten helped me maintain my composer through the process. Randy Fields helped me so much the first day I arrived to drop my vehicle off. He sat with me, answered my questions and talked to certain departments on my behalf to make this experience so much better. Thank you.

My daughter bought a 2021 Camery. 3 months later, had to buy 4 new tires!!! Service kept calling to make an appointment for Her FREE services. She left work an hour early to get oil change and tire rotation. When She arrived Toyota said, "You don't have any free services."
