Disappointed

So my wife and I went into Franklin Toyota Statesboro today to purchase a Rav4. Mind you we are repeat customers of this dealership and had all our service work conducted on our previous car there, even after we paid it off. We decided to finance through our bank so we wouldn’t have multiple inquiries. We received an excellent rate and decided to use them. So with money in hand we went to Franklin. The salesman at Franklin did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We go inside to start the paperwork when the sales manager informs us we can’t use our bank, but we could finance through them then refinance through our bank when we closed the deal. When we told him that that was the only way we would buy the car he excused himself and went into the back with the salesman. Shortly after the salesman returned and told us the general manager said we couldn’t use our bank. Wow the sales manager couldn’t even come to tell us but sent the salesman. Mind you this isn’t a fly by night bank or an internet only bank, but a well established bank in our community. In today’s market I find this ridiculous. Well Franklin Toyota your not the only dealer around….we will take our money to a dealer that values it’s customers.

best Experience i have ever had buying a car.

I would definitely recommend anyone buying from Franklen toyota in Statesboro they are really a good dealer ship to buy from I had a great buying experience they give me a really good deal on a 2018 Nissan Sentra, Jeremy and Rusty are the best thank yall so much.

I love my 2020

I love my 2020 Toyota Corolla I pick the color I like and I put know money down I will be back to buy my husband a car from them in the next year or two.

Don’t buy from this Toyota, they’ll xxxx you.

Don’t go through with anything they said that they’re going to do. But hey, at least they got their sale. If I were you, go to Savannah or something to buy a Toyota.

Rip College kids off

My son took his truck in because blower motor only worked on 1 speed. They guessed and put a new blower motor in. It did not work the day after. My son made the mistake of waiting 6 months to take it back. Franklin Toyota then said it was the Blower motor resistor. Never take your car here for service

Poor Communication

Horrible communication. I was told I would get a call back within the the hour regarding an offer on a vehicle.....that was almost 4 weeks ago.... That was after email communication went silent for 2 weeks. I purchase a car about once every 12-18 months and have dealt with a lot of dealerships, large and small...this was the worst experience. They clearly were not interested in doing business.

Great atmosphere and superb customer service

Walked in and showed the salesman the vehicle I was interested in. Very friendly staff and pleasant experience. I highly recommend them to anyone.
