The sales staff is exceptional at SM Toyota! My problem is with finance department. I purchased pre-paid Toyota maintenance which I had 30 days to cancel.... I canceled it within 30 days and have that in writing - I have not been able to get a refund or have it removed from loan balance. Please be careful about purchasing any add-on services, if you legally cancel that does not mean you will be refunded. I'm disappointed I am not writing a more positive review, again the sales staff is terrific!

My service guy named Matt kept me waiting so long outside I just needed to replace a brake bulb so I asked the porter outside if Matt forgot about me... ..... he said" he is looking for a bulb or paperwork" So Tom came out and helped me and said Matt will call me when i am ready. Matt never apologized for the wait. He was acting very self centered arrogant as if he knew everything very pretentious. No customer service skills, he seems as if he would not listen to me nor care. He was trying to show off his knowledge about cars and light bulbs. very unprofessional, with sarcastic giggles not taking his job serious enough to treat the customer with respect due.
Julie, Kevin, and Jim where on top of things. Tight team work. I was able to lease the car and color I wanted from Jim. Finance was easy quick process... as well. Jim arranged to get my windows tinted the next day during the busy New Years weekend. If you need a car, RSM will get it done with a good deal and service!
