This is the third car we have obtained from Murrieta VW. The first car we purchased the next two we leased. The sales team at this dealership makes purchasing a car so easy. Lee Ann listen to our needs and was a trooper when we switched from SUV to the Passat. Scott worked hard on getting the number we wanted. I used to dread shopping for a car until we discover Murrieta VW 12 years ago!! The best find !! We recommend when ever we hear friends looking for a car. Their customer service is the best.

I searched online for VW Jettas & Arman Bayot responded very kindly With the best deal. I drove up from San Marcos on Saturday afternoon & drove home with a beautiful 2017 Jetta!! Arman was great, professional, informative & funny too. I had my little dog with me & everyone was so nice to him also. I have already recommended this dealership to friends & family. Thus is my 4th VW, I'm a lifer! Thankyou to all at Murrieta VW.

Mason Emmett greeted me at the door and was there through every step of the way. Very Polite! Everyone there was a dream to work with, we had a little complications (on my end) getting our original deal to go through, but no problem for them, Scott, one of their sales managers, worked with me personally all the way through to rework the deal to MY BENEFIT. Financial department was very polite and quick, Jose their used car manager even called me about two weeks later saying he thought he found another spare for the truck I bought, 10/10 would recommend!

I had been looking for a new car and had my heart set on getting a new Dodge Charger SRT 392. I'd visited a few dealerships around my home in Las Vegas and had seen hundreds of potential cars online, but I hadn't quite located 'the one' until I saw a beautiful pre-owned Charger SRT listed online at VW of Murrieta. The price was hands down the best I had seen and this car was loaded with upgrades, with very low mileage to boot. I worked with Aaron in sales (also his co-worker Sarah, very helpful and friendly!) and we were able to reach a price agreement that was more than fair for this gorgeous car. Lauren in finance expedited all of my paperwork, I made an outright cash purchase and they had the car delivered to my front door within 72 hours - I felt like a kid at Christmas!! The car is better than advertised, and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life. I would highly recommend giving the folks at VW of Murrieta a call if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle - top notch sales team and a pleasure to work with.

Brian was the first person we met when entering your dealership. Even though it was near closing time he was more than patient with us. One of the first times ever I have bought a vehicle and felt the salesman actually knew the product. Also nice was the fact that people weren't trying to push a product down your throat. After doing research I decided on the car we wanted and submitted a offer our credit union recommended. This is where Leeann came in. Talked to her on the phone a few times to confirm deal. showed up without appointment got my deal and was out of there in about 2 hours. shortest time ever spent purchasing car. I recently purchased a 2017 Passat SE from VW of Murrieta and this was the second car I have purchased from the dealership in the past two years. My past experience was what drove me back to VW of Murrieta for this purchase and I could not be happier with my experience this time around. The sales staff (Aaron and Brian) are professional and not high pressure. The price of the vehicle was very competitive. I had done a great deal of research and I found that VW of Murrieta had a best price over dealerships from San Diego to Riverside. I should also add that I love the car.

We went in to Hendricks VW Sunday after checking their inventory on used Beetles One in particular caught my eye. I called to see what time they closed. We arrived @ 630pm Greeted by Sarah. She was very easy and not pushy a big plus. Asked if we wanted to go for test drive and off we went. Next thing I know we are in negotiations and signing paperwork. Every person from GM John and Lauren made an impact on how they were professional But my hat and goodie bag topping on the sweet deal and I've got to say It's because of employees like Sarah our first line of contact She gained my trust and Always provided answers and went the extra mile.
