If you are a female car buyer and want to be taken seriously, do not bring a male with you to this dealership. From the moment I walked onto this car lot with my husband, it was as if I was invisible, though I was 100% the purchaser and subject-matter-expert of the Porsche I was there to inspect. My husband mentioned multiple times "she is the buyer", they not only automatically handed him the keys for the test drive but every question I asked, the answer would be directed to him. Forget that my email inquiry and voicemail were not returned at the onset, but then I was handed off to the General Sales Manager (who happens to be a woman) without introduction after MY test drive. Every single question I had about the car's background and history, surprisingly Theresa would repeatedly look from me back to my husband to give the long deflected answer, even my husband noticed as he again mentioned that I'm the buyer. To top it off nobody ever followed up with me, little did they know I was a cash buyer ready to make a purchase. Loved the car but I would never do business here. Very disappointing given the standing that a woman holds here!

I was very disappointed in the follow up service after purchasing our Bentley. The salesman never told us about license plates and when we inquired a couple of weeks later about there whereabouts he said under the paper saying Phillips. No license plates so we had to go stand in line at DMV and get them under a lost license plate. Salesman never called after our purchase to see if the car was OK; if we had any questions or any problems. When I did call about the license plates I left several messages before I got a call back. I am in the service industry and when you buy a beautiful Bentley a person wants a luxury experience. I was treated better when I bought a used Volkswagen for my daughter going off to college. I would never buy another car at this dealership.

I wouldn't normally comment about my car buying experience but the service, courtesy, professionalism, friendliness and honesty that I experience from Michael was the best and most delightfully efficient experience that I have had in my life. I want to thank both Michael and Theresa for treating like me royalty. A special huge thanks to Michael for his hard work in acquiring financing. I can't think of another dealership that I would ever buy another car from. Wow!!!!

I was busy and traveling, so I must have seemed a little flaky to Theresa initially, but we worked around my schedule and got me comfortable with the car and committed to the purchase. The car was perfect, the price fair and the process flawless and efficient. The Phillips Team has always been of the highest integrity, transparency and professionalism. I picked the car up from Michael and we both saw a couple little detail issues and Michael without hesitation offered a fix, ultimately having one of their detail experts come to my home to repair. After searching and searching online, we discovered Phillips Auto having the exact vehicle we were looking for. Our prior searches always lead us to vehicles that had something just not 100% perfect in our eyes. We?ve been looking for a while, so we assumed we would run into the same thing here. After purchasing from Phillips the same day, I can sum up our experience by saying one thing - if you?re looking for the BEST of the BEST when it comes to a vehicle this is the place. The showroom is spotless and has some of the best vehicles around. Yul and Chris were great to work with, helped with financing, my family and I left within hours with our new vehicle. Even after the vehicle was sold and we were well on our way, they followed up to make sure all my questions were answered.

My husband and I were looking for a specific car and Phillips had the model we were looking for. We had done our homework and when we came to initially look, we were greeted warmly by Chris Long. He knew we knew what we wanted, so he left us alone to inspect the car. Just enough attention without being pushy. We returned on the day of the Superbowl, bringing with us my car to trade in. He allowed us to drive the car on our own and then worked efficiently to get a decent price for my trade-in. Meanwhile, the woman in finance was able to quickly work directly with my credit union to get all the financing in place. It was such an effortless transaction. This dealership deals in high end cars for the most part. We purchased the least expensive car on the lot. They probably made little on the transaction, but we were given the same attention and service as anyone else. I will definitely do business with Phillips Auto again and will highly recommend to my friends.
