Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Gainesville

This is our third van we have purchased from Hayes. As with the other times, they did everything possible to get the deal done. We always have been treated well, and will be coming back for our next vehicle.

I was in the market for a particular car and on Monday morning I was contacted by the dealer that the car was still available. Vince Mercardante was my Sales Consultant and did a great job to help me get into my dream car. They worked with me because my credit score wasn't that great and was still able to help me with my situation. If you ever go to Hayes in Gainesville ask for Vince Mercardante he is a great guy and very good at his profession. The whole staff at Hayes are very nice people and if you are in the market for used or new car try them out because you will not regret it.

Issues were taken care of promptly and courteously and i will continue to use dealership for my business. Brian was very polite and professional, would refer him in the future to others. When it comes to buying a vehicle, Matt Eberhart was the best I have ever worked with. We corresponded through text and phone and had worked out most of the particulars before arriving. When my wife and I pulled up to the dealership, the truck was already pulled up front. It made the 4.5 hr. ride from Savannah to Gainesville, worth buying a vehicle from him. I went to MOG Chrysler Jeep before going to Hayes in Gainesville, bad mistake. So happy I decided to try another dealership and it was Hayes in Gainesville. I can't say enough about the staff. Justin was our salesman and he was very professional, honest and didn't haggle with us. He made it buying a car so easy. He went above and beyond make sure I was a satisfied customer. The financing staff was great and very easy to work with, loved the lady who did my final paperwork (can't remember her name) but was so sweet and she didn't pressure me into anything.
