Experience was very good, however they would not release

Experience was very good, however they would not release the car until they could verify the wired funds were received in in their account even though I provided proof that the wire transfer was made from my account. I was from out of town which required me to stay an extra day to pick up the car which I thought was pretty lousy on their part.

Just purchased a 2024 ES350 from Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. Lawrence Randolph was superlative in helping me select my new ES350. He closely listened to my particular needs with regards to my purchase scenario, being that this vehicle would be used for business. He took time and provided me with courtesy and professional expertise regarding specific features of the entire ES line, showing me several different models in-stock. His delivery walk-thru and explanation of features was extremely informative & helpful. A great experience!

The dealership is phenomenal!

The dealership is phenomenal!! They helped us from beginning to the very end!! The best. Lawrence Randolph was the best ever as he helped my son who was a first time car buyer through the process. He answered all our questions and was very very knowledgeable on the brand. He introduced us to a few folks who were also awesome. General Sales Manager Hugh Robb was also awesome and did a great job making us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Lawrence and Hugh have made us a Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett family for life!!!! The best dealership I have worked with!!!

This is a very large dealership.

This is a very large dealership. It has a large inventory, which I found to be helpful. The downside of it is that they seem to be super busy, so many parts of the process took longer than expected. However, they were great with customer service even after the deal was signed, which said a lot to me.

After going to another Lexus dealership, I ended up at

After going to another Lexus dealership, I ended up at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. I did purchase a 2023 Lexus RX350. It was not all bad (hence 2 stars); however, it was absolutely not an excellent purchasing experience overall. There was poor communication and some less than forthcoming tactics just to get the sell. Among other things, one gripe I have is that I was never told I would receive only one key until the car arrived and I had to ask where my second key was (EVERY new car I’ve purchased has two keys); the salesman claimed another key would be available in a month or two and there would a message in the car advising the key is available?? I was charged for nitrogen but I’m not certain nitrogen was added since there aren’t green valves stems that normally indicate nitrogen. The power trunk kick sensor is not properly working, which I mentioned to the salesman as I reviewed the car when I picked it up, but he blew it off as it being temperamental. Well the issue is still happening and now I need to take the car in, but I’ll probably go to another dealership for service since I don’t trust what they do/say now. It is true this dealership tries to tack on thousands of dollars of add-ons, but you can have them removed. For instance, the finance manager tried to lie and tell me I had to pay for some type of gps/lojack tracking device since it was already installed based on the dealership having theft issues, but my car hadn’t even arrived from manufacturing yet. Lexus doesn’t add that, the dealership does, so I pushed back and had it taken off. As for other add ons, I didn’t get any of that. With ceramic coating and window tint, you can literally go down the street to EZ Auto Spa and have all that done with exceptional service and quality at a lower price. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I am writing the very first review as I was little bit

I am writing the very first review as I was little bit shock on the visit to Lexus Hennessy Gwinett. First of all, I understand the dealer needs to sell the cars for their job But I don't think Keith Perkins is the right person to buy a car from He was not kind at all but rude all the way thru the conversation, convincing a potential customer in a very arrogant way. I wanted to cautiously take some time to think about buying a car but he sighed many time during the conversation and sounded frustrating that I am not giving an immediate answer.... I just wanted to test drive the car before making a decision but he didn't understand my perspective at all. I had the worst experience vising the car dealers. I felt like I did something very bad for not giving an immediate answer... I felt terrible after the visit as it is important to me how the communication and conversation goes with the dealer He almost made to not want to buy Lexus anymore I would NEVER buy a car from Keith Perkins no matter what. I would like to warn anyone who wants to buy Lexus, to not to deal with him if possible. I personally cannot understand how he can be working with the attitude he has for such a known and prime brand like Lexus.. very disappointed

Jessica is extremely sweet, understanding when it comes to listening to her potential clients needs and also provides alternative options without feeling like you’re pushed to buy more. The only reason that kept me from buying from her was lack of inventory. I placed a deposit on a used vehicle that was later refunded due to securing a new vehicle elsewhere, but I would not hesitate to deal with her again.
