I looked at and test drove several cars before deciding to drive the 3.5 hours to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett, and I honestly wished I had saved myself some trouble and gone there first. Everyone I encountered was incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating - especially my salesman Nick Despo. He went above and beyond to make sure every need was met and every question answered. I believe he is genuinely as transparent and helpful as he can be throughout the entire process. Dylan was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive with answering all my questions whether they were through email or text. This was the first time that I have purchased a car from another state so there were a few things we didn't quite understand, Dylan was very patient and did everything to keep the sale on track I did have an issue which doesn't need to be explain with a person in the parts department via phone and the dealership did everything they could to try and resolve the issue. There wasnt any resolve to it on my behalf but Dylan ran back and forth trying to get to the bottom of that bad experience. I don't feel that employee actions reflects the entire dealership and I wouldn't let that stop me from purchasing another car from this dealership if that opportunity presented itself.

My husband and I had a great experience. We are use to Nalley Lexus, but Hennessy went above and beyond to sweeten the deal for my husband.
