A buyer's experience

I have never had a car buying experience like this! My salesperson, Mike Harris was professional, knowledgeable and helped me make an educated decision on my purchase. Not only did I leave feeling like I hadn't been "taken" like most dealerships but, Mike is truly a good person.

Car shopping

Just wanted to look, had no pressure so I enjoyed just looking around. Dealership was clean and salesperson Bob Warner was very helpful. I will be back to buy.

Peerless Customer Service

This dealership is staffed by customer service people who “get it”. They really do understand that their primary task is to serve the customer. From the greeting by a tech, to the signing of paperwork, to the waiting in the very comfortable customer lounge, to the payment and checkout procedure, EVERYTHING is done smoothly. If there is a problem with my vehicle, someone will come talk to me and explain, in plain language, what the problem is. They never try to upsell me. Rather, they tell me my options and let me decide the next step. I recommend this dealership, without reservation!! Joe Gaunt, service manager, often comes out of his office when I am at the dealership and inquires as to how my car is running. He’ll ask if there are any problems with the service side of my expereince. John Petree is my personal service advisor and gives EXTRAORDINARY customer service.

Lexus Purchase!!!

My interaction with Gwinnett Lexus was very thorough and professional. iI will refer Larry Bassett to friends and family for future Lexus purchases. The entire team was prompt, courteous and respectful of our time and interest especially in the closing process.

Great experience

I am loving my new Lexus, Bob spent a lot of time allowing me to decide on exactly what I wanted. I'm looking forward to driving my car for a long time!!

All service. no pressure!

I very much enjoyed my experience with Hennessey Lexus. I have never owned a Lexus and now I do. Mike Harris made that happen for me! I am quite happy.

Great

Bob was great! We never felt pressured and Bob showed us all the current options for the car we were looking for. We looked at a lot of cars and he was always happy to show us any of them. We weren't sure we were ready and he told us to think about it, which we did. After a few days he checked in with us and we did end up buying the car. This was a much different experience than going to other dealers.

Wonderful

Bob Warner made our car buying experience wonderful. After a few phone calls we visited the dealership and chose my car. Bob made the deal go quickly and smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and informative which made our choice of car easy. He was more than helpful explaining my new cars features. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

From the moment I was introduced to Mike, I knew I was in good hands. Consummate professional, Trusting tone, Listened, Clear expectations and delivery. Third Time Repeat Customer

This is the third Lexus LS that I have purchased from this Hennessy Lexus dealership. Bob Warner was friendly and knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop of when my Lexus would be available. (I had to order it, as there wasn't one in the area.) Dannie Parker was extremely helpful in teaching me all of the technological features of the car, and made the process more enjoyable with his enthusiasm and patience (and a really good sense of humor!) I have worked with P.J. Krauss many times over the past several years, and he is one of the reasons that I continue to return to Hennessy Lexus. He is always helpful whenever I call and then goes the extra mile when my car needs service. He is one of the most pleasant and dependable people I have ever encountered in a Service Department.
