Excellent Dralership! Go see Alex.

Excellent dealership. My sales person, Alex, was amazing!!! No pressure on me buying a car, didn't rush me and made sure I GOT exactly what I was looking for. Finance department was okay. I had all financing squared away prior to buying my car but they still kept trying to get me to finance elsewhere and with them! I had to tell them no several times which was kind of annoying. Other than that experience was great and you should ask for Alex! He is an excellent salesman and has great knowledge of the vehicles. He also won't try to upsale you just for the heck of it!

Unexpected Repair

Recently, twice had to get service help unexpectedly. Was in a crunch. Each time Carl was able to immediately assist me and solve my problems and get me back on the road. Greatly appreciated

BEWARE IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN

About a year ago I was told my power steering fluid was leaking. Service advisor said my car might catch on fire and would not pass safety inspection. No trouble getting inspection. . Power steering level always at full mark so took it to Westside Lexus recently. They said power steering is not leaking Also, some time ago service advisor urged me to have transmission fluid changed and flushed which is not recommended in Owners Manual Recently engine light came on. They said it was due to the transmission. Took car to Westside Lexus who asked me if I had transmission changed for first time over 100,000 miles. I told them I did. They said that was a bad idea and could have caused problem. with transmission. After 28 years of having my car maintained according to Owner's Manual at Lexus and 14 years at Clear Lake Lexus I would not go back and want to warn others. especially if they are senior citizens and not too knowledgeable about maintenance. requirements. .

An expensive lesson..,learnef

They diagnosed the problem and resolved it while I waited. It was s proble I created but they didn?t make me feel stupid. I bought my RX 350 from this dealership and the experience was excellent. I?ve had all my service done her and have had no issues. The waiting area is very nice.

10,000 mile service
