An expensive lesson..,learnef

They diagnosed the problem and resolved it while I waited. It was s proble I created but they didn?t make me feel stupid. I bought my RX 350 from this dealership and the experience was excellent. I?ve had all my service done her and have had no issues. The waiting area is very nice.

10,000 mile service

Kyle took car care of me quickly. He was profesional and courteous. The car had its oil changed and check up in an hour. Very fast!

Been going to lexus of clear lake for about 15 years and never have i been disappointed with the exceptional service given to me. Ricky Walls is like one of the best service advisers, Master technician there, always impressed by quality of work and promptiness

Tire change.

I had to wait 2:45 hes for tire change in soite of making appointment. They do not have shuttles to drop me off or pick me up. They said it will take anout 1:30 hrs. So that is waste of my time I hope that i would have gome some place else. If he would have given me the real time I would have taken Uber and come back to pick up the car.
