Why have an appointment when there is still a 20-minute

Why have an appointment when there is still a 20-minute wait just to check in and servicing the car takes over another 2 hours? Driving 2 hours for this disregard for time is not worth it. You may have just lost my business for good!

I'm not sure why it takes 3 hours for me to get an oil

I'm not sure why it takes 3 hours for me to get an oil change here. And it's not the first time. Even with an appointment. I will not be coming back

Really quick oil change this afternoon including a car

Really quick oil change this afternoon including a car wash! Love the comfortable clean show room while I wait. The snack trays were empty this afternoon but I more than survived with their hazelnut cappuccino. Dean's Can Do attitude makes my day!
