Lexus accused me of doing something with the steering

Lexus accused me of doing something with the steering wheel that I didn’t do to my car and then they wouldn’t own up to their responsibility of causing the problem. Appears the sales and technical depts were covering up their mistake. They are riding that line of being unethical with a smile on their face. They lost my respect when they just didn’t own it. All over a $150 which they were only willing to absorb half and l paid the other half. If I were a man I wonder how the conversation would have gone!
