Last year, we pursued the purchase of an LX600 through

Last year, we pursued the purchase of an LX600 through this dealership. After the dealership unilaterally terminated the transaction, they have refused to return our deposit—despite subsequently selling the vehicle to another customer. Repeated attempts to contact them have been met with silence; our calls are not returned, and we are being deliberately ignored. This conduct is deeply unprofessional and troubling. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership.

I had a 10am appointment.

I had a 10am appointment. Dropped my car off at 8:30am. I didn't get a call or text about how things were going, so I called and didn't get anybody. I asked a friend to run me by... At 4pm, they had still not started to work on my car and I required the car for the evening. I said "there's no way you're going to finish up my car before you close". She said "We might". I ended up getting my car back, without service. I feel like Lexus should mean the best. It should mean good communication. By mid-afternoon, if there's a chance they won't finish same day, you should get a phone call AT A MINIMUM.

It was a hassle-free experience.

It was a hassle-free experience. Everyone was super friendly! I was surprised and blown away by how many safety items were fixed before putting it for sale. That gave me Peace of mind that I was buying a vehicle that was going to be safe for my family and I to drive off in. I would definitely recommend buying from Lexus of cool springs Tennessee!

Bayo was an excellent salesman!

Bayo was an excellent salesman! He was attentive, answering all questions patiently. He has followed up with me several times and set up an appointment with Lee to go over the amenities available in the car! I definitely would go back to Cool Springs Lexus again ;-)

They covered up problems.

They covered up problems. Will not buy from them again. I traded an excellent well maintained newer Lexus suv for a repair problem. I couldn’t learn how to use all the bells and whistles of my newer rx350

Coordinated 1 week prior to see a specific vehicle and

Coordinated 1 week prior to see a specific vehicle and arranged financing through a bank to be ready to buy as soon as I arrived back in America from my overseas assignment. Received an e-mail at 1730 the day prior to seeing the vehicle saying it had been sold and left me scrambling to find something different. It is what it is but I’d never consider them again.

Dennis Spry was a great salesman.

Dennis Spry was a great salesman. Would definitely select him again. Melissa handled the paperwork with great speed. Christian was a great tech person, setting up our phone and explaining the workings of the car. Definitely a five star experience with everyone associated at this dealership.
