I own two Lexus vehicles, a RX 350, and a GX 460.

I own two Lexus vehicles, a RX 350, and a GX 460. I called Lexus of Coolsprings to try to schedule an oil change and speak to a service advisor regarding an extended warranty. A representative said they would have an advisor call me back. That never happened. I have called back to schedule oil changes and keep getting told the service department is backed up till November. My family has purchased two cars from this dealership and in the past the service was good. I am not sure if I am not able to get my two Lexus cars serviced by Lexus since I bought them at a different dealership or not.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my sales

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my sales associate Leah and the entire Lexus purchasing experience. Leah took care of my boyfriend and I as soon as we walked through the door and was so kind and patient working with my budget and car preferences. The list I had was long and I certainly didn’t make it easy to stay within my budget, but she came up with a creative solution to check all of the boxes and keep me in a comfortable price range. By the time we got through financials, the dealership had closed for the day. No one made us feel like a burden for keeping them late on a Saturday and Leah even to check on my boyfriend and I in the parking lot to ensure we knew how to use the map program in the car and could get home safely. Car delearships are my least favorite place more often than not, but the team at Lexus of Cool Springs made the whole experience super stress free.

Customer service sucks!

Customer service sucks! We bought our new Lexus here and they have no service consideration after warranty ended! I am a senior citizen and my battery needed replacing. We were informed it would be a 2 week wait to get an appt. To have the battery replaced. 2 weeks! When my husband called to beg to be worked in or given a sooner appt, the service advisor flippantly offered us another appt almost 4 weeks away! I know he must have been being sarcastic, but it was not funny…since I was having to jumpstart my car daily at random places. I decided to call Lexus of Nashville and they worked us in the next day! They even washed my Lexus before pickup…something Lexus of Cool Springs never did since we purchased the car new there.

Went to test drive the new TX. Doug Kevern was very helpful and knowledgeable about ALL of the different vehicles. We settled on an RXh. We were very pleased with how efficient and easy he made the transaction. Highly recommend Doug and Cool Springs Lexus.
