Outstanding customer service from an honest salesman. Derek made the purchase a breeze. We met, he’s was early and prepared, had a conversation and a quick test drive. He found the vehicle I wanted and quickly (less than 30 minutes) helped me purchase a vehicle. He went out of his way to meet me at the other location to see the BMW I was after.
