Outstanding customer service
My mother wanted to move from her LS460 to a smaller car and Jared helped us decide on the ES350. The whole transaction was done in about an hour and Jared made the process easy and efficient. We are very happy with the way we were treated and we would highly recommend Jared & Northside Lexus to anyone looking for a quality car buying experience.

Overall Excellent experience,
We bought a 2007 RX350 that the salesperson Jason Yeomans knew we would be driving to the West Coast immediately. He went the extra mile in making sure mechanically the car was in perfect shape and his communication was awesome. I would highly recommend him for your sales process. The only reason I didn't rate five star however I think 4 star is a little harsh so lets go 4.75 stars is the car when we actually started driving we noticed was a little dirty on the inside. We needed to stop and clean the windows after about 15 minutes because of a film on them. Since they had it for an extended period of time to clean, it seemed a basic thing to have done.

This was the best experience ever when buying a car.
Throw out all your previous expectations. Ignore all those stories about car salesmen and the tricks they use. This dealership and our salesman, Eric Allen, follow another vision. They make everyone feel welcome and concentrate on making your experience great. No pressure. Honest answers. No up-selling - really! Full commitment to creating an easy experience. We purchased a car at an acceptable price (less than I expected) and it was quick. We spent more time going over the features of the car (safety especially) than we spent buying it. Plus, there is a tech team to help answer all sorts of questions. Example - the air pressure in the tires was higher than recommended. We pulled into the garage and it was fixed immediately. The garage was one of the cleanest I have ever seen and the mechanics some of the nicest I have met (and I have worked in a dealership many years ago). Best buying experience ever! You will absolutely be treated well.

Great Dealership (Jared and Steve)
I called all of the surrounding area Lexus dealerships with questions about an IS300 F Sport and hands down this dealership did it. Initially starting off by talking to Jared Postma and then going to the dealership and meeting with Steve Brandon to find out they were partners and did not take each other’s sales. I found this to be honorable! They were both excellent and very helpful! They help my wife I lease an IS300 F Sport for the first time and used True Car to do it! This is not our first car but it is our first lease! Made our experience great! You guys have our business and any friends looking for a car we will refer! We were given all weather floor mats and car was priced below MSRP! The tech guy David Ortiz was great as well! They showed us features that come with the car and how the app works! Remote start from app/phone or key phob that comes factory is really convenient! Thanks a million! We are very happy with our purchase!

Northside Lexus RESTORED MY FAITH
I searched for a specific certified RX 350 for 4 LONG MONTHS. Background: I’m a 60 yr old woman, searching for a Lexus by myself while my husband was away on business. Since my local Lexus dealer did not have what I was looking for, I was forced to search out of state online. Many salespeople blew me off as if I was wasting their time, or never followed through on what they promised or what was agreed on, or out & out lied to me. Others were extremely difficult to work with. Some actions were so outrageous that I wanted to report them to Corporate Headquarters. What really surprised me was that I shopped ONLY Lexus dealerships & how mistreated I was. Not all, but more than I expected. Maybe I am accustom to the excellent service at my local Lexus dealership; Eskridge Lexus in Oklahoma City. Maybe I hold Lexus to a higher standard because I believe the Lexus vehicles are built to a higher standard. I don’t know - but what I discovered was Northside Lexus in Houston Texas had the RX350 I was searching for. My salesman was Larry Kidd (a nice guy & so funny - I could listen to him all day). More importantly is that Larry knew his inventory. As simply as that may sound, I’m surprised how many don’t. I told Larry which car I was interested in & he had it ready for me when I arrived. WOW - it’s those simply acts that are impressive but you don’t see anymore. I also dealt with Larry’s manager, Christian Craioveanu (easier to call him CC). I would describe Christian as young, eager and intelligent. Northside Lexus is lucky to have him. Anyway, at one point I thought the deal went south and I would have to fly home instead of driving to see my husband. I was so upset & exhausted that I wanted to cry. Larry & CC turned it all around & made it right! CC orchestrated the complicated transaction after hours & was ready for me when I returned the following morning. CC’s word is as good as gold. By far, this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Even the dreaded paperwork was fine tuned. Have you ever experienced being trapped in a auto dealerships finance department/office and you’re there for so long that you want to scream? Not at Northside Lexus. Caleb did all he needed to do - thoroughly & completely at lightening speed. Thank you Caleb - I really appreciated your help. I also have to say that the guys behind the scene (in the shop somewhere) have their act together. You Rock! All of you are exceptional. Thank you all very very much. You restored my faith.
