Dear Lexus, Recently, I had enjoyed your excellent service for my Lexus car. About 2 months ago. My car was towed to your Collision department. I spoke to your representative Archie Smith and started to have a long repair process. Now I feel my car runs better than a new car . I also enjoy free car wash for my white Lexus too. Jon Gosling met me when I first pulled into the service section. He told me what they were going to do with my car and about the length of time it would take. Everyone was kind and friendly., Mr. Gosling kept me informed as the service was being taken care of. It was a pleasant experience.
