DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE. I have purchased two new Hondas from Scott Robinson. One in 2017 and the other in 2025. The difference is in 2017, I was a California resident and now I currently am not. I was assured when purchasing the car that it would be an easy and seamless process that they would assist me with fully. Boy was I wrong, not only did they not send my title to the correct state that is STATED ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE, (they knew to because I did NOT pay for registration fees and they gave me a 1 way ticket to drive the car to my state to immediately register it.) I've dealt with this mess with Honda Finance company (the only group that has been willing to find a resolution for this) for now 3 months!!!!! I have not been not capable of registering for 3 months!!!!!!! Honda Finance has told me over 4 times that this was fully the responsibility of the dealership. I have spoken to the dealer manager 3 times, to be told each time that he completely does not understand the concept of transferring titles and to quote him, "he does not understand why am I am even calling because it's not my job to get the title in my correct state to register?" THESE PEOPLE SELLING YOU CARS, AND BEING THE MANAGER OF THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP DO NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT A TITLE NEEDS TO BE IN THE STATE YOU RESIDE IN TO BE ABLE TO EVEN REGISTER IT. I would not and will not ever go to Scott Robinson again, or recommend them to ANYONE. This has not only been a complete headache, but it has been a financial burden to me and has put me at legal risk for having an unregisterable car for multiple months while having multiple small children that I am not capable of driving around. All the while, Scott Robinson will not offer any help, and now will not even return my calls.

I tried to buy a vehicle but they tried to charge me for 3000 dollars of dealer add ons that I didn’t want or need. I was told they do that but went with open mind . Worst experience of any dealership and I’ve bought many cars and trucks over the years. Will not and would not recommend them to anyone. I was going to be a cash buyer.

Hello Honda: On Dec.
Hello Honda: On Dec. 19, 2024, I made a $100 payment to you all via my credit card, to hold a vehicle for me until the next morning as I was contemplating buying the vehicle. My appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m. the next morning, Saturday, December 20th, 2024. I made a call / text to Dylan at about 8:20 a.m. to cancel the appointment as I had read bad performance reviews about the particular vehicle I was interested in. I then received a call from Dylan about 9 a.m., on December 20, 2024, and we talked for a moment. I told Dylan that I would like to have the 100 dollars returned to my credit card, as I no longer wanted the vehicle. He said okay. I have made several calls since this initial call, and to this day (February 7, 2025), the 100 dollars has not been returned. No one has reached out to me about the matter. Not a good experience in regards to charging me the 100 dollars and then not returning it when I decided against purchasing the vehicle. By writing this review, I hope that other will not experience what I did almost 2 months ago. Adrienne

Honda burned me for $18,000.
Honda burned me for $18,000.00. Went to buy a car and they leased it to me and I lost my $15,000.00 they gave me for my crv and gave them 3000.00. Who leases a car for $18 000.00!!?? NOBODY BUT STUPID ME! Sincerely, Feeling ripped off and very upset

After over three months of waiting for a response from
After over three months of waiting for a response from Arnie, the Service Manager and contacting American Honda Corp, I finally received a call from Scott Robinson Honda on 6/3. They were kind enough a discount an expensive part a bit. However, when I brought my car in to have the part replaced I was given a hand written estimate by Alexander Garcia of $298.94. Luckily, I insisted on knowing the service cost up front and in writing. I then received a voicemail and text message on Saturday morning informing me that he had miscalculated the amount, and that the service cost was $521.69. Needless to say I was upset. I replied to the text that I expected the original written amount to be honored. Which a reply stated they would. Included in the text was that was that both front and rear brakes need replacing which would amount to over $600.00 which I find very convenient considering the math error made. Without Service Advisor Sean McLellan, I can no longer trust Scott Robinson Honda after over 11 years, nor American Honda Corp to service my vehicle anymore. This is the worst experience I have had. I wonder how many customers this dealership has misquoted amounts to and been paid. MC
