Poor Response from Finance Department and General Manager

This complaint pertains to the Finance Department at Autonation Honda Roseville. We bought our car with cash on Monday, June 10. On Tuesday, June 11 we spoke with Matt in finance and told him we wanted to cancel our Maintenance and Extended Service plans. He said okay but it would take about a week for the funds to come back because the paperwork needed to be processed. We waited and heard nothing. We tried calling Matt and could not connect with him. We spoke with Gabe, our car salesman, who also tried to leave messages for Matt. Then Gabe asked Eddy to get involved. Eddy found out the cancellation paperwork had never been submitted. Eddy sent us over the paperwork on June 28. I filled out the paperwork and scanned it and sent it back on June 28. I did not hear a word. I left three voice messages with Eddy and one e-mail. I called Gabe again to let him know how unhappy we were with this whole process. Then we went to the General Manager, Les Braner, in person to complain. He passed us back to Finance with a rookie finance person, Kerry, who didn't know how to access our claim. Several more people came in and they found out that the paperwork was held up because they couldn't figure out what loan company we went through. We paid cash and if they had done their diligence they would have seen it on the sales contract and the cancellation paperwork. So at that point they assured us we would have our money by the end of the week. That was three weeks ago and we still do not have our $3,545 back. This has been going on for over three months.

Autowest Honda Service Department

I have always taken my car to this dealership for service. With the coupons and specials, I find it more affordable than going to an independent mechanic, and the work is always guaranteed.

Great customer service

This was my fourth Honda lease and Amar made it very easy! He and the whole team were super nice and moved as quick as they could to get me in and out in my new car. I love my new 2019 Accord!

Best customer service

I had service for a few concerns. Emily Vanden was a terrific customer service rep. She addressed all of my concerns and suggested how they should be repaired plus alternate choices. She is very knowledgeable about the car and what needed to be done. She kept me informed along the process. I would definitely will refer her and ask for her in the future.
