Brad Ross was my sales person and he was great!

Brad Ross was my sales person and he was great!! I can't give him enough credit. He was awesome!! The reason I gave 3 stars is the finance guy was terrible. I had to call a friend to find out that with my credit score, I should have been given a much lower financing % charge. I guess Wesley the finance guy was just trying to make more money off of me. Be careful of the finance people, and make sure you do your research before you finance your car to get the rates you deserve. And make sure you use Brad Ross to buy your car.

I want to share my positive experience at this dealership. Our sales representative, Isaac Garcia, provided us with fantastic customer service. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions even after we purchased the car. Initially, we were defensive because we had a terrible experience at another dealership, but Isaac helped us feel at ease. Thanks to Isaac's excellent customer service, I will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a Honda. Additionally, one of the managers, Todd Broyles, was very nice and helpful. He calmly and thoroughly explained our questions, which made us trust him.

This is our second time purchasing a new civic at this

This is our second time purchasing a new civic at this dealer shop this year. The first car was unfortunately totaled in an accident. Both times it was a pleasant experience. For going through the car buying experience the time spent was minimal which we really appreciated. Friendly service from everyone we encountered.
