What can I say about my experience at Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Kissimmee I can tell you one thing. Cory took his time with me and help me get into the best rate and the best vehicle for me and my family. It did not feel like Cory was out for a sale it felt like he truly wanted to help me and which he did. I want to give a big shout out and the thanks to everyone at the dealership is was great but a special thanks to Cory and the finance team. You guys are the best!!!

I had an amazing experience at Napleton thanks to Joshua!

I had an amazing experience at Napleton thanks to Joshua! My warranty company was giving me a hard time, refusing to approve something that was clearly covered. Joshua went above and beyond, contacting them multiple times and making sure everything got straightened out. He genuinely worked to get me what I needed, rather than just brushing it off. His dedication and persistence made all the difference. If you ever need help at Napleton, Joshua is the guy to go to! Highly recommend.

Saludos, llevé mi auto por un recall y el equipo de servicio fue súper, Jeremy y todo su equipo de trabajo se esforzaron para dar el mejor servicio y conseguir la satisfacción del cliente. Los felicito, sigan así dando el mejor servicio al cliente. Critica constructiva, siempre hay espacio para mejorar. Debe el equipo de servicio coordinar ellos mismos las citas para poder acomodar los clientes según sus necesidades.

These people are liars and will say whatever they have to

These people are liars and will say whatever they have to for you to come in. They called me because I checked a value on kbb. I was curious because I bought it when car values were high so I wanted to see my negative equity estimate. They called me and said mustang convertibles are in demand and we can offer you way more. I know I have a lot of negative equity and I told her that and i didn’t wanna waste my time so she spoke with a manager and came back on phone saying about the high demand and to bring it in. When I get there they try and say they can offer 1k more but my negative equity was too much more than that. They lied and did what they had to for me to come in. They offended me because they knew the situation and made it clear they would get 4-6k higher than kbb value then when I got there it wasn’t anything extra. This was a 2018 mustang convertible with no damage, perfect carfax, perfect maintenance records and ONlY 41k miles. xxxxxxxx I DO NOT recommend these liars
