UPDATE: I had a bad experience selling my vehicle to this store but yesterday I was contacted by Luisa Gonzalez which completely changed my view of the dealership and made me feel heard and that was what was lacking before. She first reached to me by phone and email saying that she got things sorted out and had my check ready and asked me to come by to chat. Once I got there she was very apologetic, explained the miscommunication which was their internal problem and also told me she had conversations with all departments involved to make sure this is not a problem in the future. She never pressured me to remove the review or that I had to give a good review and offered a gift as an apology which was very nice of her but not what made me update the review. Just the way she spoke to us and handled the situation was enough to make me want to update the review to reflect the situation. FIXED: I sold my car to this dealership back on May 5th and the salesperson told me that the surplus check from my payoff would be ready the next week. When I went to the dealership after 10 days I was informed that the salesperson had lied to me and it normally takes around 2-3 weeks. I went back there after 3 weeks and they said they still don’t have the check for me and are saying that the bank sent a paper title but upon checking with the bank it was the electronic title and I showed them the lien release but they still say they need the title in hand. The salesperson even said the car has already been sold when I stopped by to give the second key of the car a week after the sale. I have sold cars before and this is the first time I have to wait this long for a check. I am feeling very frustrated with the lack of communication and the run arounds they are giving me. I want management at Napleton CDJR Kissimmee to address this publicly, because what happened here is exactly what out-of-town buyers worry about. I worked with Angel on a trade-in and purchase. To his credit, he presented himself as on top of things and honest while we were structuring the deal. Before I ever got in the car, I was very clear: if I drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back, I’m not doing it for surprises, games, or anything less than full transparency. I was reassured the vehicle was exactly as represented. So I committed. I emptied out my Escalade to prepare for trade, including removing my kids’ car seats. I had to arrange for someone else to pick my kids up from school. I spent over $150 in gas and put roughly 500 unnecessary miles on my vehicle making this trip. When I arrived, the vehicle I came to buy was not even close to “perfect” as I had been told. The front bumper was hanging off and the vehicle had visible gouging. When I pointed it out, the response evolved in real time: first “nothing’s wrong with it,” then “I didn’t see that,” and finally “it’s on the Carfax” and “you can see it in the pictures.” Let’s be clear—if a front bumper is hanging off, that is not something you “miss,” and it’s not something a buyer should have to discover after a 3-hour drive. That’s either a lack of basic diligence or a lack of transparency. Neither is acceptable. What made it worse was the attempt to pivot me into a different vehicle to “earn my business” after the fact. That doesn’t fix the problem—it proves the point. Between time spent working the deal, prepping my trade, rearranging my family’s schedule, and a 6-hour round trip, this entire day was wasted because the vehicle was not accurately represented. That’s the bottom line. Management: what is your policy on accurately representing vehicle condition to out-of-town buyers? And more importantly, what are you going to do to make this right? Until that’s answered, I would strongly caution anyone—especially buyers traveling from a distance—to think twice.

I purchased a 2019 Mercedes-Benz A220 from this dealership on 04/04/2026 for approximately $22,000. Within one day, the check engine light came on. I returned on 04/08/2026 at 9:00 AM and remained there until 5:10 PM. I was not provided with a proper diagnostic report, clear explanation, or proof of repair. The salesperson Christian told me the vehicle was fixed, but the paperwork only showed basic maintenance and did not address the actual issue. After leaving, the vehicle broke down at a nearby gas station the same day, confirming the issue was never properly repaired. I was also told that if I did not update or remove my negative review, they would not assist me further, despite having a written 60-day repair agreement. Very concerning experience. I am currently seeking a full refund and proper resolution.

Horrible experience!! Went to purchase a used Pacifica with salesman Alvaro. He went to his manager and we agreed on a price. I live over 3 hours away. He told me to set up finance and they would hold the van. I told him I was paying cash and sent him a copy of the certified check and copy of insurance. He would have the van ready for me when I got there. On my way driving up there, I received a call from Alvaro telling me that Mike a manager at the dealership sold the van to somebody else. This dealership cannot be trusted and you should stay away!!

Worst customer service I would not ever buy a car from this dealership. I went on a Tuesday and made an appointment to see a specific car and when I got there they told me it was sold! Showed me another car instead which I purchased an electric car. I used the car Wednesday and Thursday I spent all day trying to charge my car went to 6 different charging stations and used my neighbors charger as well and no luck, so I brought it to back Thursday night they refused to give me my money back and said they would take it to Volkswagen and see what was going on with the charger the general manager told me this! Friday I called and never heard from anyone, on Saturday I left 3 messages and no response on the 4 th call Lorenzo answered and said there was nothing wrong with my car and returned it to me! I explained that no one called to tell me about my car and the general manger said he would take it to Volkswagen and he never did! So they gave it back to me and still not charging! I also gave him a key which was not working for the car and he said he would fix it. I asked if I could bring the car back again since the general manager said he would fix and did not and they told me to bring it to Volkswagen but 8 just wanted to return to them but then they just stopped calling or answering my text messages! He sent my key back and was missing the hook for a keychain and he said that’s how it was given to him. So now I am left with a car that I can’t charge and a broken key and no one will help me from the dealership! So frustrated with the lack of service?
