Very professional, and excellent service.. I recommend this dealership. Their word is there contact and they met and exceed my standards which are very high after serving 28 yrs in the active Army. Keep up the great work!!

Previously with old management, I’d never recommend this place! Thank goodness Napleton now has a new service manager, Oscar. Definitely made changes and is a place where customers are taken care of. I see the changes and service levels are definitely exceeding standards. Thanks to Rafael and Larry at the service desk. Awesome guys! Highly recommended!

Dishonest. Waste of my time and gas.Terrible customer service. Bait and switch is their specialty. I would recommend that you take your money and go else where. I found the EXACT car I was looking at here, at another place that was less hassle and a WAY better deal. I am GLAD I didn't buy from this place.

Worst customer service ever

We purchased a new vehicle at Napleton’s on Osceola Parkway. Before leaving the dealership, we noticed multiple scratches in the paint. Our salesperson took a picture of the scratches and told us they would take care of it. Again- we have not taken delivery yet. After 3 trips to the dealership and watching their staff argue on which department would pay for the repairs- we still have the scratches. Oh-and they didn’t give us the little toolkit to remove Jeep top and doors. Yeah- $20 toolkit. After we gave them a poor score on the survey for not doing what they promised, the GM of Sales called to tell us since we didn’t get the scratch issue in writing, they would not repair the vehicle. We left three messages asking the GM of the dealership to call us. He didn’t even have the courtesy to return our (3) calls. We have purchased cars from Cadillac, Toyota, Lexus, and Chevrolet. We have never received such awful customer service from a dealership. We would not recommend buying a vehicle from Napleton. Hope this will save someone the frustration and disappointment of buying a car from them.

I’ve been to many dealerships trying to find the car that fits my needs and also spaced for my new family and luckily I ran into EDWIN SILVA from Napleton Dodge Kissimmee and he was able to help me out and his service was amazing . He was attentive and didn’t give up until he was able to help so thanks Napleton you guys have and amazing team. And an amazing sales rep .

Awful Customer Service after purchase

Update: After 8 weeks post-purchase, we received a call...

Update: After 8 weeks post-purchase, we received a call from the GM at Napleton’s in Kissimmmee. The GM made all of the arrangements for us to bring in our new Jeep to have their auto detail person look at it. It was decided the best way to fix the scratches was to buff them out. We are happy with the results. The GM, Mike was very apologetic and did resolve our issue. We only wish his management team and staff would have taken better care of us and corrected the issue sooner. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Worst dealership experience ever! Bought new Jeep, before taking position, noticed scratches. Salesperson took picture, said it would be fixed. After 3 visits, Sales GM said they won’t fix. Do not go here.

I was at the on Friday 11, 2020 for an alignment,...

I was at the on Friday 11, 2020 for an alignment, GARBAGE! Lack of knowledge, the service rep (Jey Torres) was trying to overcharge me with some xx that they took long with my truck and that if the mechanic explained that to me and whatnot. I guess he forgot about that BIG window that they have in the back of the waiting area that allow you to see into the mechanic’s bay, I was there for about 3 1/2 hrs and 3/4 of that time my truck sat on the lift unattended. I track of the time, walked back and forth and even made back there to see what was taking so xxxx long, no one was working on my truck. Consumer be aware of this, this is a tactical thing used by some dealerships to charge extra to some customer that allowed. I put my front and told the service rep don’t play yourself, something that he didn’t like, he made a remark saying that I don’t come here to play blah blah. Bottom line he wanted to overcharge me. I have custom wheels and suspension on my truck but I guess this is beyond the mechanics knowledge, unless your ride is stock, do not bring your vehicle here. Money wasted. $141.00

Dodge Durango

I had my hopes up on purchasing a 2015 Chrysler 300 over the Thanskgiving break. I made arrangements to go get the car and was totally bombed after finding out that the car was sold! 😔
