Horrible service
Gave them 1 star because could not give them 0!! Horrible customer service from Oscar the so called manager to the mechanics are awful! Took my car in from a 45 min drive with some issues after changing my battery. My car had working Ac and was running fine. They gave it back where I couldn't drive 20 min without it overheating and leaving me stranded. Also no working AC. They want to charge $360 dólares to fix that issue. What about the issues I took it n for in the first place? They did something to the car and will not own up to it. Steer clear of this dealer! Then to top it off they want to sell me another car..... the nerve of these people.

Horrible service
Horrible customer service, when asked for corporate number was transferred 3 times then given a wrong number when called back was told they are unable to give that out. To look it up on Google. So why was I transferred 3 times before then given a fake number, like who does that. What kind of business are you guys running here. Stay as far away as possible. Gave 1 star because could not give 0!!!

Excellent Experience!
While visiting Florida I noticed a clicking sound coming from my engine so I decided to stop by at Napleton to have it checked out. I was worried that I’d have engine failure on my drive back up northeast and be stranded. I left my vehicle at the Service shop on Monday morning and called in a bit later to speak with my Service Advisor, Marlene Agosto. I explained that I would need my vehicle back by Friday because I was driving back home for work in the next few days. Ms. Agosto assured me she would work as quickly as possible to assist. She asked me to give her until Tuesday morning and she’d give me a status update. Us usual, I didn't expect much more than a call stating that it would take longer to get approvals from my warranty company and so on but Ms, Agosto kept her promise and informed me that she was able to get the approval and had the repairs scheduled to be completed by Wednesday end of day. She called me Wednesday morning and gave me even better news, my car was ready for pickup and all repairs were completed! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Ms. Agosto. She took the time to listen to my dilemma and worked with a sense of urgency to ensure I would be back on the road in time without any dilemma. Kudos to Ms. Marlene Agosto and kudos to Napelton Orlando for having such an awesome person on their staff!

So what a difference a year makes!! I was treated like a...
So what a difference a year makes!! I was treated like a king when they wanted me my money while selling me a brand new Charger 392. But as soon as it was time for minor repairs like a $20 undercarriage flap, they didn't want to honor the extra warranty that I purchased just to protect myself from extra little costs! The gutless service manager has a nerve to tell me that even though it's on outside of my car is not considered external" I'm looking at him like, dude are you serious"? They tell me, oh it's $150 for that little flap under the car. I say fine go ahead and change my oil, filter, rotate tires ect.. all should be covered! I go ahead and have them do an alignment and show up the next day to a bill of $488.83! No lie... I had no heads up about the cost of anything. Not even a call from the service department to tell me that I would be charged for everything because they're not covering it under my warranty. I mean $50 for an air filter?? Then I get the car back and wonder why I hear ground noise, I go and check before I wash the car and they left 3 screws off of the undercarriage. It's letting in air and water. Smh... that's not all, they left black brake paint or undercarriage paint sprayed all over the bottom and sides of my passenger side door. I kid you not! I called these cowards and got transferred to the service managers voice-mail... of course he didn't call back. I'll never show my face there again and will post this story in every review forum possible! Good luck with that unorganized service department

Napleton I appreciate some semblance of decency and respect to your customer but at this point, I couldn't ever buy there again! Because I can't trust anything or anyone there to handle my situations properly without being taken advantaged of. It's really unfortunate because I gave a great review to the whole dealership when I bought the car but each experience hasn't gotten worse, particularly the service department which is poorly run. I work in pharmacy and Healthcare so I personally know the importance of great customer service and that's not it. Especially spending that type of money on a car and a warranty that is now basically null since I recieved no benefits from it at all and will still need to pay 2 more years of it. Yes I'm mad and won't forget it!

Only Susan from Service was friendly. I needed just a...
Only Susan from Service was friendly. I needed just a rear windshield wiper blade. I called ahead of time to ensure they had it. I wanted assistance to make sure I don’t break the entire arm off or something, so they transferred me to Susan after confirming they had the part. She was so kind and helpful. She walked me over to the parts department, and the gentleman there was SO RUDE. I will never by a part from this location. Not only did he tell me the wrong product and price, he also rudely told me we didn’t have it. I said I talked to someone on the phone stating that you did, he walked in the back and just sat at the computer, never made eye contact with me again. Another man comes out with the product that was in stock. To make Matters worse, there was a female working in the parts that had her mask on, but I could see her entire nose and mouth so she wasn’t wearing it correctly and was within 6 feet of me. I felt so uncomfortable. If it weren’t for Susan and the kind gentleman that put the blade on my car, I would have just left. I already had a horrible experience purchasing my car from this dealership and now to go through this to get a windshield wiper blade, I won’t be back.

I would like to say sales person John Cardenas was very helpful with my husband and kids we were looking for a van and he was very helpful treated us like family.A questions we had he was there a response very helpful will highly recommend him for selling cars.great customer service with all the cars we saw took 2 hours with us.
