I can’t believe the list vehicles on there website at prices that don’t even come close to what they really are. I asked several times if that was the price and they confirmed it was. Until I showed up to view the Jeep and it was 20k more than they stated. Make sure u don’t waste your tome like I did.

Its been my worst experience with you guys. Service department is the worst. I took my truck to the dealer this past Monday to get check out some my concerns. Your service advisors have a lack of training . They lied to my face my reference at updated of my truck. I spoke with the service manager department and still having the same problem. For my point view Napleton Service Advisor are liar and like to play games with costumers . I show the text to the manager to get him see it. Its been 5 days with today and my truck is still no one check in out. To make a claim this guys doesnt have to call my coverage company because you guys are client with that company so all claims can be fill it out electronic. He told me that my claim was submitted. When i call the coverages company no one have been make a claim on my name. Dont see the point of lies. I was about to buy a new pick up truck 2020 but this bad service got me frustrated that i decides to not make any purchases at this dealer. I dont want to deal with this worst service on my new truck.

Saw the car of my dreams for the best price. Then they printed out the sale sheet with the wrong car and the wrong name and tried to add $1400 onto the advertised price. Wrong wrong wrong. They were nice and professional about it, but I walked out because it was total BS.

I bought a Dodge Journey in the fall of 2017. Yes, it took me 2 years to write a review and I'm still mad about my experience. The vehicle itself is solid, but I've never had a worse experience with a dealership. It took us 5 hours to make a deal. I tried to leave multiple times, fed up with their misleading tactics, but they always swore that they just needed to double check with their manager and their manager's manager so it would just be a minute. The only reason they got my business was that I actually really needed a vehicle and after 5 hours, I was not willing to start over with another dealership, so I guess you could say they wore me down. The salesman started by showing me pictures of his daughter. I was there to buy a car. Kids are great, but I needed a car. Then I received repeated, daily emails and calls asking me to write a review. I never received the email request and after excessive emails and phone calls we discovered they had a wrong email. They even hinted that I wouldn't get my "free" floor mats if I didn't leave a 5 star review. At least the vehicle was reliable.

Jay Young was amazing, great attention, attitude and service. He stayed in little late ,for him to make sure that my car is going to be fixed in same day . I am a satisfied customer.

Napelton service is hands down the best and only service department I bring my truck to. I drive 70 miles for them to service. Marlene is always on top of all my service needs and she goes the extra mile for any warranty work and scheduling that I need to have done. She truly makes trips to the service department a pleasure.
