Outstanding! Customer Service

went to dealer for a service on my truck and Sanger was more that attentive with my request, not only was an oil change but a concern with the battery. Sanger not only greet me with a friendly manner he took notes and give me recommendations plus explain about the process, ling story short left the dealer with my truck taking care of as well a a new friend and a trustworthy team!!! Kudos for Sanger ! When you visit the service department ask for Sanger!!!!

Worst experience ever!!buying and service. MOST DISHONEST...

Worst experience ever!!buying and service. MOST DISHONEST people I've ever encountered. When you write a review and complain they write a response of we're sorry please contact us blablabla. When you call they just say well what do you want us to do about it. All they're response is is a ploy to people reading the reviews to make it look like they care. If you buy a vehicle there I feel sorry for you. DON'T BE STUPID!!!Just as one example 4 times twice with the same papers they tried to get me to sign papers with the tops covered or another page on top. Things I specifically said I did not want to sign. Then they would say oh sorry that was a mistake Ill get the right papers. Its amazing that every mistake was allot of money in there favour

SERVICE RIP-OFF

I was charges 177 dollars for an A/C check and then told it would be 1,600 dollars to replace the condenser. This service was over priced by almost double. i know they need to make money but this was a total rip-off and other should check before they agree to services at the dealership.

Really clean and efficient. Everyone working together. Love that. We got a pretty good deal. And the sales person(Manni) was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for us.
