Do not do any kind of business at this place especially service. I dropped my car off because it was misfiring they charged me $260 to diagnose it witch was ridiculous I ve never heard of $260 to scan a car then they came back and told to authorize another diagnostic but this one was $600 long story short they just unplugged a bunch of stuff plugged them back in and told me that my car is fixed. After all I got stuck paying $957 out of my pocket even though I had warranty. They try to avoid dealing with warranty claims because they take a while to pay them and to get around that they try to get payment from the customer again cuz it's an instant and immediate payment for them.i had no choice but to pay that ridiculous bill to get my car back. Not even 5 hours later the same issue with my car came back again when I called the service Advisor he told me to bring the car back but they won't touch it for 2 more days. Now this is the interesting part I had a customized license plate frame on my car they removed it or stolen it without my consent and they replaced it with a plastic one from them so my car looks like I bought it from them in other words they want me to advertise for them. Bottom line do not do any kind of business at this place and good luck.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! But, if you decide to buy from there, beware! They slip in a $5000 market adjustment (or possibly more) into your finance contract, and never point it out to you! They also do not ever go over the actual finance contract with you, as other dealerships normally do at the time of purchase. Sure, they have you sign it; they mix it in the middle of all the other paperwork they have you sign, after keeping you there negotiating and waiting for hours, well past what time you have to spare. They do not respect you or your time; if they did they did, they would make an honest deal with you and would NOT hide markups in the finance contract. AND THEY WOULD GO OVER THE FINANCE CONTRACT WITH YOU! They do not want you to see the markup adjustment they add to the price of the vehicle over the listed price! In my case, it was a $5000 markup, above the sales price label on the vehicle and the price listed on their website. I caught it the same night as the sale, and came back the next day and they would not redo the contract or cancel the contract and return my trade. Now I am taking them to arbitration.

Unprofessional and bad attitudes
Bought a custom ordered jeep Gladiator from dealership, ordered with manager online at store when it arrived they tried to jack price way up(strike 1). Bed lights that were installed in production never worked. Took in for oil change and bed lights to be fixed. Get there to pick up after service writer Mandi Sanchez says was ready and bed lights weren't fixed. She then became unprofessional and got a bad attitude. Then accused us of installing lights after market. She even accused us of installing the led taillights that were part of the custom package we ordered. Refused to listen that these were options from factory. Obviously Mandi and the mechanic who told her these were after market need to be retrained.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP
Went into Dealership for a possible trade but after witnessing the lack of response, unwillingness and Refusal to address a Customer Concern by the GM Mike Saunders, showed a Red Flag (to Go Somewhere else). The customer explained she had been bringing in her car three times for repair that was not completed and had been traveling 2 hours each way for services that was already paid for and car was in same condition as when it was dropped off. In addition car was purchased through the Dealership is incomprehensible and shameful and that they have no regards as far as Customer Satisfaction. So sad, if Dealership can’t repair their own Vehicles shows incompetent. Would definitely not purchase at this location.

Absolute Garbage Dealer!
1000% SCAM! This place advertises a 2023 Dodge Durango GT Plus at $43,680. I arrive to purchase the vehicle at the internet price (With no stars or disclaimers!!) and am told the actual vehicle price "will start" at $4,000 more... This brand new car had an extreme amount of dirt under the detailer plastic, water marks on the interior it doesn't make any sense....This is your typical bait and switch dealer with absolutely not a flinch from the sales team! Stay FAR AWAY!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! STAY AWAY!
There aren't words in the English language to describe the absolutely horrible customer service at this dealership. So, I needed a part for my Chrysler 200, I called the parts department to ask if the part was in stock. After a few rings of the phone, someone answered and said "PARTS HOLD" and put me on hold. I'm a patient guy, plus I was at work so I could hold. 10 minutes went by, 30 minutes went by, so at that point, I said to myself, self, lets see how long this is gonna take. 6 HOURS AND 23 MINUTES until someone else picked up the phone and said "PARTS DEPARTMENT PLEASE HOLD". EVERY SINGLE PERSON that works there should be fired. I highly advise anyone and everyone that reads this to buy ANY other brand vehicle, get you service, parts, and anything else anywhere else.

I went in for service appointment. I usually wait but it's no problem. I'm not working so have no money to do a lot of maintenance. I always ask for Larry, and he has never let me down. He made sure I didnt pay for something I didnt need. He took very good care of my car and I. Will always go back to him. Hes awesome. He better not leave there. Lol
