this dealer put FAKE information of vehicle. Not a good shop to buy the vehicle. Bavare from them.

As somebody who does not like used car dealerships, I was surprised by my great experience here. There is a great selection of used cars at reasonable prices. These guys run a fair business and we were glad to get a vehicle from them.

im from another country and i cannot believe how good this people are! we was looking for a new vehicle for my dad and finally found this perfect lamborghini, the team really helped me me over the car. i recommend you guys should comes here. good cars good price mostly my folks trust this people please very honest people at their business.

I found this amazing Chevrolet Tahoe online and decided to come in for a test drive. The staff was very helpful and I was able to drive around for a bit, and I was confident in my decision to purchase it after all. Smooth and easy process!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Any car you see that looks like a good deal is probably not there. I have had 2 bad experiences with this dealership in 15 years. I thought after so many years since my first encounter with them that they would have gotten better, but it seems they are worse. Now they are advertising cars that they do not have! I confirmed the car I was interested in was in their possession, the night before and an hour before I arrived at the dealership. After waiting around for them to locate the keys, the salesman tries to offer me a different car that was not comparable to what I came there for. They claimed they had just sold the car the night before. In addition to that lie, when I got home, over an hour drive, the dealer texts me asking if I would still like to come see the vehicle and it is ready for my test drive! Bait and switch, STAY AWAY!!!

Angelina is a true expert when it comes to financing! She handled my purchase promptly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got a great deal for a Chevrolet Suburban which I wanted for a very long time!

This is the second time I've been lied to by the sales xxxxxxxx at this company. I should have known better. Even after I had told Omar that I have had a bad experience with them in the past regarding false information, he still insisted that the vehicle was available. In fact we were on phone few miles to their dealership, but when I got there, it was still the same "Sorry, we just sold the vehicle you're interested in, but we have other ones we can show you..." I will NEVER recommend this dealership even to my enemy.

I was just in communication with the dealer and on my way there, when I walked in they said we dont have that car. I drove a long way to get treated this way. Not worth a mile coming to this place unless youre creepy

Walked in to 21st Century Auto Group without an appointment and didn’t wait longer than 10-15 mins for a sales rep to help us (busy Saturday afternoon). Armando greeted us with much delight. Answered all our questions and identified the car we were interested in was on the gray market. Armando offered us excellent other choices and all in our range of taste and price. Armando was open to explaining every detail and very respectful, he was mindful that we make a purchase in our favor. Overall a great purchasing experience with Armando.

The best vehicle buying experience I have had. Angelina was very helpful to get me in a Subaru. I didn't have very good credit but she never doubted that she could get me in the car and she made it happen! I felt like a member of the family. I would recommend anyone to go see them
