    Bought a certified tlx and my mistake for not looking very closely and wiping rain off the car to see tons of paint chips all over the hood and sides... of car and not getting anywhere with management besides offering a paint pen that obviously is a temporary fix since i had a body shop tell me the day after buying it needs that it needs re painted! Will not go here again or refer anyone

    Highly recommend this dealership and Mark Gibson. Love the Certiifed Pre-owned Program. You cannot beat that deal if looking for a pre-owned Acura. Purchased... a 2015 ILX and love it.

    Don’t waste your time if shopping from out of state. Low ball trade in offers and endless text messages with salespeople. I wanted to drive 3 hours to... see and test drive a car, their “quote” on my trade was 3-4K lower than an average trade.

    "Never before" the kind of experience I had with this dealership. Great customer service. Thad Beaver was very thorough with explaining all the features... of the MDX we checked out. He answered each and every question we had and made us comfortable through the whole process. The manager wasn't any less. Don't remember his name. Unfortunately MDX wasn’t the right vehicle we wanted but would happily come back to this dealership if we ever needed an Acura.

    I was purchasing my 1st car at 30 yrs for my self. Its been 5 months ive have incurred several mechanic bills since i left the shop. I now have an issue... with the axel which is a 2800 fix money i dont have but they want their car note paid. The financing is horrible Gary and Caroline refuse to return my emails. Now its winter in im afraid the vechicle i purchased 5 months ago is about to fall apart and ill still be responsible for the payment idk what to do... I'm exhausted in have zero funds to fix my truck this time

    Tim and caroline buried me so far upside down in the purchase could not even refinance for better rate lied to about financing and credit !!! Lies ,lies... just care about making sale and getting you out the door horrible buying experience...

    I offered $27,900 cash for a Corvette listed for $28,900 contingent upon there being no rust on undercarriage. And the salesman refused to take pictures.... Then they lowered price to $28,500. It must have rust. Goodbye.

    Something wrong with this dealership, Lindsay Acura. Red Flag. Be careful. unprofessional sales men and non caring finance department. I returned beck... my 2017 MDX after the lease was matured. Jason Fox signed the papers and put it in his drawer and after a month the Finance department are calling me to tell me I am behind in payment. Called the Finance department, left them a voice mail. Called Manager, left voice mail and still getting calls cause I am behind in payment and the car is in their store !!!!! Be careful. Red flags.
