Service Manager was prompt snd polite.
Service Manager was prompt snd polite. The scheduled service was performed on time. Sales staff was not very solicitous. (While I was waiting for my TLX service, I expressed interest in a new MDX. I was the only customer in the showroom, and in fact, the only one on the lot. No one seemed interested in showing me the new MDX inventory, or inquiring about my thoughts about a new MDX purchase. The service was good though.

I'm not local and stumbled upon this dealership on a day
I'm not local and stumbled upon this dealership on a day off. Mr. Bollin was the first to get up and show me around. He was so courteous from the start, very knowledgeable, straight to the point, and was not pushy. He kept in touch and answered all my questions conveniently for me, via text. He tried to get the model with the specific features I wanted. I was invited to visit a second time to test drive another car, but I'm not the type to waste my time traveling unless it's the exact car I want to purchase because I already made my decision. I ended up impulse-buying a different make/model from a different (more local) dealer, only because the deal offer at the time was way better (new vehicle finance, 0% APR for 48 months and 0.9% APR for 72 months, zero down payment). I will likely see Daryl for my next vehicle purchase!

I was working with salesman Don Wood from Jim White Toyota. Don showed me a vehicle from Dave White Acura lot, and I knew it was the right vehicle for me. The entire process from test drive to signing for the car was perfect. Between Don, and Tensley, the experience was 5 star. Didn't expect to buy a car on Christmas Eve, i'll say the staff made everything smooth and easy. Thanks!
