The reason why I gave three stars not one is because the service took about 10 minutes less than what I was told. The people there are not welcoming at all.

Service Manager was prompt snd polite.

Service Manager was prompt snd polite. The scheduled service was performed on time. Sales staff was not very solicitous. (While I was waiting for my TLX service, I expressed interest in a new MDX. I was the only customer in the showroom, and in fact, the only one on the lot. No one seemed interested in showing me the new MDX inventory, or inquiring about my thoughts about a new MDX purchase. The service was good though.
