They held my car(BMW 530 2023) for two days because they supposedly found a problem with the cooling. When the vehicle returned, I noticed they had changed my tag frame for one with their logo. The service advisor, Mr.Hernandez, wrongfully refused to provide a job report; he didn't answer the phone and emails. Finally, Nataly Acuzy sent out the report via email; the report falsely claimed: "The customer stated issues with coolant." I never had issues with the coolant. I was there because they contacted me for regular maintenance. I asked them to return my License Plate Frame, and even though she promised to take care of the issues, I have been waiting since October 3, 2004. What is it called when someone takes your property without your consent and refuses to return it?

I could not have had a better experience! Clear, Concise, professional!! My guy is the best! Hyde is always on it! I'm sure that South Motors has other good service advisors But this guy is the best! He calls mer before I call him. He informs me of everything that is going on with my car. He is honest and professional! It is a pleasure to have him maintain both of my BMW's. It's nice to know that I can get a fair an honest deal at a service department of a dealership, something that is rare to find! Thank you Hyde!

Shame on bmw for having a dealership like this.
Shame on bmw for having a dealership like this. They lie to make sales and admit to it! When I chaplained they said “ you have to look at what you signed, rep says anything to make a sale” . Last week I went for an oil change and they returned the car with a computer malfunction that now cost 4 k and they won’t take any responsibility for it. The keep you waiting for at least two hours every time for service even if you have an appointment. Service advisor was actually a nice guy that unfortunately works for this company. Shame on bmw for doing business with these people.

DO NOT BUY A 2024 4401 GRAN COUPE!!!
I have an issue with a a brand new 2024 440I grand coupe. Its been in service with multiple issues .. coolant leaks and more .Its been at the dealer for repair since the day I took it home. Yes I had it 1 day as soon as I left the dealer and got home the coolant warning came on. They made the first attempt to repair it gave it back to me assured me it was fine and within 1 hr the same issue. They picked up the car again and have had it since... THIS IS UNAACEPTABLE I want someone from BMW to contact me and NOT from the dealership. Please forward this to the proper dept I dont want this care to wind up being retuned and file a lemon law case. I still do not have my brand new car . Now its t the shop untill parts come from Germany

-Cost for holding a vehicle. I am out of town and asked Hector how we can hold the car, so I can fly out to inspect before purchase. Note, Hector did great in terms of providing pics etc. When we discussed the deposit, I was first told it would be $5,000 and then after speaking to the manager, it went up to $10,000. Kicker, if I decided to not buy, I would get it all back, but it could take 30-days. Just cheap tactics. Other dealers require $500-1000.
