I was by far impressed with the effort put forth to get me into a new car. I was in dire need and worried I couldn't get a loan without a cosigner. I was wrong! Everyone that works here is super nice and I highly recommend seeing Eve. She's a great person to work with and she's not one to hide things from you like your stereotype car sales person.

Cindy was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was the reason why I went out twice to a dealership that was about 45 minutes from my house. She made me feel very comfortable and made the process effortless. I have never dealt with a car dealer who made me feel like they actually wanted to help me.

Cindy was absolutely wonderful to work with...... she was gracious enough to come in on her day off so we could test drive the Tahoe. It was greatly appreciated with our busy lives and schedules. I like the attitude of my salesman. I also like the fact that my wife and I were treated like family. No talking down to us like so many salesman do. Mark is very informing and proffesional at his work. Will be back to do business again!

These guys are great!

I have bought two cars from Coughlin and had both Ford and GM Service done there. Sales are laid back and not pushy at all and the service people are the same. Top notch group.

I give the highest above highest rating for Coughlin of Circleville, Ohio. I purchased a used vehicle and a warranty from Coughlin in Nov. 2010. A year later,a very 'querky' thing went wrong with my vehicle. I took the vehicle back to Coughlin for repair. After two weeks in the shop, we thought the problem was fixed. It was not. I took the vehicle back to the shop. The problem was a mystery. Ford (warranty) said that my vehicle was supposed to operate that way. Coughlin stood by me even when Ford Warranty tried to get out. The BBB would not even stand in support of the warranty against FORD. But Coughlin DID NOT give in. Coughlin DID STAND with me (even though they probably could have bailed out-THEY DID NOT!). The probelm (an actual problem)was finally located and fixed at NO expense to me (other than the original warranty deductable). A tremendous amount of man hours, several mechanics and Thousands of dollars of parts and labor went into fixing my vehicle. I believe with all my heart that NO other dealer in our area would have gone that far in taking care of my vehicle and in STANDING with me, especially when the BBB would not stand in support. I WILL ALWAYS come to Coughlin for purchase and repair and would recommend that everyone go to Coughlin of Circleville, Ohio FIRST! LHenry super satisfied customer Chillicothe, Ohio

Terrible!!

This dealer is terrible. They don't even know how to answer the phone correctly. And the prices are false advertisement. No one will even return your phone call to tell you the correct pricing.

This is the 3rd car purchase (2 were new ) that we have...

This is the 3rd car purchase (2 were new ) that we have made with Forest.It is very likely we will be returning in the next month with hopes of getting a used vehicle for our teens. Every experience has been excellent and feel that customer service was the number one goal by Coughlin/ Forest. I would recommend Coughlin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
