$7000 oil change.
$7000 oil change. Got an oil change and 1 day later all the oil leaked out from my drive way onto 23 and had to go until the State Police station to have it towed. Gave me "free" oil changes and a 6 month guarantee even though a 2013 had less than 70k miles. Was told the smoke coming from my tail pipe was just dirt and condensation every time I took it in. After the last change I took it to a real mechanic 30 days later and it was 1 1/2 quarts low and under the hood was a complete mess. Of course the "guarantee" was long over by then. They KNEW it was leaking oil but took advantage of a senior citizen. Please beware they don't care about you, only saving their own butts. I want to vomit every time I even think of them.

The service department needs serious help.
The service department needs serious help. I have had my vehicle in twice for service, and both times there were issues. The first time was for a recall where sensors had to be ordered. When I scheduled, I was told I had to do so twelve weeks out. This seemed excessive, but okay. Fast forward twelve weeks. I take the day off work, take my vehicle in for the work, only to be told they didn't have my parts. I understand that things happen, but the least they could have done was called me ahead of time to let me know the parts were not available and I would need to reschedule. My latest experience included me making an appointment for service due to a check engine light being on. I made appointment for 8:00 AM, drop it off, provided the OBD code, which indicated it needed a new glow plug. Fast forward to 2:00 PM, no call, no estimate, nothing. I call up and told that they are short staffed, but the service adviser said he was going to go help to get it done. I called back at 4:45 and was sent to voice mail. Okay, worst case scenario I'll get my truck back Saturday morning. I call at 10:00 AM, and I am sent to voicemail. I leave a message, which went unreturned, called back at 2:00 and asked for the manager. Again, I get sent to a voice mail. No returned call. I call back at 4:00 PM.....yep you guessed it, was sent to someone's voice mail. So, come Monday, I again do not have a vehicle for work. Three times now I have had to miss work due to the lack of communication and follow through from this dealership. I understand things happen, but it's not acceptable to be ignored. This dealership clearly does not care about its customers. Oh, by the way, as soon as I turned on to US 23 today the check engine light came back on.................

This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at an automobile dealership. The Salesman Bryan Struzynski was terrific to work with and Ray Wojcik the Business Manager was as well. We walked away with a great experience and a new truck.

6 months ago, I bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4, 85K miles, no warranty. Background, I live 115 miles from this dealership but they had the truck I wanted so I made the drive. There was never any doubt in my mind that I would not go back there for service just due to the distance. On my way home from picking up the truck, the TPMS system said there was an error and was only showing pressure for three tires (no LF). I chocked it up to a bad sensor and as I have replaced these in previous vehicles and know they are not that expensive, I pressed on home as it was too late and I was half way home . This was an intermittent problem until I did my first oil change / tire rotation. I mentioned this problem to the Chevy dealer and asked them to change the sensor. They checked the sensor and it was reading a strong battery signal so I told them to just rotate the tires and I would see what happens. Soon after, this intermittent problem became and consistent issue. The problem was it was showing the same LF tire even though the tires had been rotated and reprogrammed which meant the issue was something else. That Chevy dealer wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to diagnose the problem ($200). That's the history now why I'm recommending Coughlin, a couple weeks ago someone from Coughlin just made a 6 month check up call. I told her I loved the truck and had no issues other than this TPMS problem. I had no expectation of the dealership doing any thing about this, (six months and 7k miles later) she told me she would contact the Service Manager, John Tackett, and have him call me. The next day he did and he told me they would at least diagnose the problem, no charge and see what they could do. Thinking this was looking like it was going to turn into an expensive fix I took him up on the offer. Today I took the truck in and dealt with Paul Lynch, the Service Advisor. Long story short, not only did they diagnose, but they spent a total of 3-4 hours taking care of it at no charge to me. I find it so refreshing this day in age to have a company stand behind what they sold me, I'm just at a loss for words of thanks. Next time I need to buy a vehicle, I will be checking this dealership first, even with it being 115 mile drive. Kudos to John & Paul, thank you both very much!!! Also a shout out to my salesman, Forest, as I had a good experience when I made the purchase. Obviously, I recommend doing business here!!!

Bronco buying
Great overall customer service from Barbie Wagner. We started with the ordering process and she kept us in the loop as to when we could get it ordered to keeping us updated on the status of our order. No matter the obstacle she was there with a positive attitude and a voice of reassurance that our vehicle would arrive and be all that we wanted it to be. She did not let us down. Her dedication to working with us on the paper work and putting the extra time and effort for that to be seamless was over and above as well. She is committed to helping her customer finding their dream vehicle and putting them in the seat.
