Great dealership, made the purchase simple and easy. Was patient and accommodating when I was getting my insurance and everything situated. Filled up the gas tank and detailed the car before I took possession of it.

Stay away
This is the 2nd time I have scheduled a service thru the app and I pull up and the sign reads closed. How hard is it to get this right. Check your vehicle after you can get in for service, oil dipstick not pushed in all they way 2 out of the four times, lug nuts not tightened down.
I apologize that you experienced this with our service department. We value our customers and it sounds like we dropped the ball here. Does not care to fix recalls
Third time to fix recall, did not schedule me in because i do not use dealer for my car. Basically if you are not a regular customer, you are not priority.
I apologize our service department has not been able to handle your recall. Without knowing all of the details it is hard to speculate on what might have happened, but this could be something as simple as required parts on backorder. I assure you we want to serve every customer, whether there is a history with us or not. Slow and unnecessary work done.
You had my car for 8 days. In that time you replaced a battery, replaced 6 spark plugs, replaced an air filter, and replaced an EGR valve. For that you change $2300. Your diagnostic showed a tuneup might help but did not show an bad EGR. Your car intake man did a good job keeping me informed of what little work was being done and what the technician said was needed.
I truly apologize your experience with us was anything less than perfect. Outstanding customer service is our number one priority and it sounds like we fell short. Yes sir, we did have your vehicle for 8 days, as it came in with a check engine light due to a misfire. We were completing the work you authorized to fix this and our technician discovered coolant leaking due do a faulty EGR valve. Our service advisor then called you and you authorized that repair, which we discounted for you. It sounded like on our end we did the best we could to meet your needs, but again, it sounds like we feel short. The Dealership did a great job of having everything ready when we arrived, as we are not from the area. Salvador Murillo was great as he went over thing with us.
