I recently had my oil changed at Rockwall Chrysler Dodge

I recently had my oil changed at Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Jake in the service department was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly efficient and communicative, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Jake answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything. His professionalism and helpful attitude made what can sometimes be a tedious task a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend Jake and the service team for your next oil change!

I recently had my oil changed at Rockwall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and Jake in the service department was absolutely fantastic! Purchased a MAP 4 star contract through A different Dodge

Purchased a MAP 4 star contract through A different Dodge Dealer in Decatur TX. 1st time I had to use the contract was a problem. Rockwall Dodge that I used for service does not agree with the labor rates EFG pays. The $100 deductible turned into about $250 to make up the difference in labor rates and parts. Although Rockwall Dodge is apparently is under contract with EFG for the MAPP contract, they apparently do not want to honor the rates and use the nationally recognized labor hours. When I initially read and questioned the estimate, I was told by my service advisor that MAP would not pay for any of the repairs. I contacted MAP directly and found there was no claim started by Rockwall Dodge. I had to then call the service advisor and get her to file a claim. In addition I was also charged 2 hours for a software update that I have been told should only be a 1 hour charge. Not sure if I will return to Rockwall Dodge or not.

Christina was so helpful.

Christina was so helpful. She kept me updated on the trucks progress and the eta on parts. Was repaired and picked up on day I was told. Actually 4 hours earlier than expected. Keep up the great work. Need more people like her in customer service.

I drive a wrangler and needed service. this service was perfectly done and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was given access to financing to pay the cost and the price was markedly lower than my home state.

I've had issues with the dealership in the past.

I've had issues with the dealership in the past. They kept our Cherrokee Trailhawk for 7 weeks because of a steering problem. One time they charged me an extra quart of oil during an oil change. My last two visits were good, great service reps.
