Great Service!

Dan S made my car purchasing experience a stress free and smooth one. He asked what I wanted and always kept my interest at heart when putting together my package. Dan understood that with my professional, I had very limited and sporadic shopping times and he worked around my schedule. I can tell that everyone at the dealership operates under the same philosophy because the GM and the Service Manager both took the time to introduce themselves to me. Great job! Friendly , informative staff .

Leased a MKZ .Been a Ford customer for 35 yrs, first experience with Lincoln . Very impressed with our salesperson Shannon Grover . The information she provided in such a friendly manner made us very happy with our decision to come into Southgate Lincoln .

Helpful Team

The staff was helpful. I have a 2013 MKZ and dropped in for an oil change. Brian recognized that I still had a pending recall and he ordered parts for me.

Timely and excellent --- need closer notice to service personnel when customer car is ready for them. after paying no one told service /driver to get my car - so I waited 15 min and I had to inform the person I was waiting and he went and got it.

Disappointed in diminished customer service

Car was in to shop to replace four stolen wheels and extensive body work. Staff was very professional and pleasant. In the old days as Stu Evans a loaner would have been available. Under current leadership, there is a new policy in place. I understand that. All businesses try to control cost and make money. I agree with that intent. It's just that as a long time customer, I was disappointed to see the quality of customer service for diminish.

I am very, very satisfied with my dealership and my salesman (Dan Sunderland). He is very attentive to my needs and I thank him for that. He not only is interested in making a sale but also in my finance and comfort. The Lincoln is my dream car and he made it possible. At 67 you think maybe the dream won't happen for you but it did. I love my car.
