My experience at the dealership was great. Matthew was patient and cheerful as I asked to drive 5 different cars, trying to decide the model and color I wanted. Jason also did a good job explaining the financial end of things to me. I definitely recommend Subaru of Gwinnett.

The service was great overall.
The service was great overall. It was hard to get updates while service was going on. We were at the service center for several hours. We had to go hunt folks down to get updates. We did get a loaner car to go grab lunch. Biggest issue was communication. Everyone was super nice.

I purchased my vehicle and as I left the lot the used car
I purchased my vehicle and as I left the lot the used car sales manager dropped the price online. I asked for them to credit the difference and the sales person would not return my call. Do not do business with this dealership,
