New car purchase. I was pleased with the selection and process. I was please with the in-car training process. I will likely come back again for a follow-up training session.

I was disappointed in the finance dept.

I was disappointed in the finance dept. submitting credit searches after I had a preapproved loan and check in hand. 4 or 5 banks were sent inquiries and my score dropped from 7-- to low 700's, down to lower 700 . One of the bank inquiries submitted to was a bank I already had a preapproval for! Then the very next day I saw the ad for my same exact car(same VIN) for $600 LESS than the price I was given! What in the world is that about? We should have been negotiating with that price from the start. I started to return the car and cancel the deal but I flew down from Mi. to buy the car and had to get back. 3 weeks after the sale I received a call that my documents were being sent so I could register my car and get plates. Is out of town purchasing really that complicated--3 weeks?? Nov 8th to Nov 28th? It is a nice car and I will be driving back next week on the 8th for business. It was a pleasant drive back to Mi so I am looking forward to a pleasant drive back to GA. My sales girl was very pleasant ,Emma, I just wished she had pushed reminder things like check under the hood, accessories working, etc. Sales people work by commission but I am looking for a deal also. There was plenty of money on the table. Jason gave some really great financial tips, also Mozetta Mitchell

Tuan was welcoming, thoughtful and thorough. He made my experience to Gwinnett pleasant and he made sure all my concerns were answered, he reviewed everything that the service team completed and offered recommendations for the future. I love the car wash+vacuuming also, thanks!

Great experience at this dealership.

Great experience at this dealership. New building is very spacious - lots of seating and great snacks and drinks. No problem spending 2 hours there! They even have a kids room. Jeff was very considerate and helpful - hope he stays a long time.

No problems, got an appointment right away, and they sent

No problems, got an appointment right away, and they sent me home with a loaner car because it took awhile to diagnose and fix my car's issue. But Jeff kept me informed, and he worked with me via text because I was stuck in meetings and wasn't available to take a phone call.
