Worst experience we have ever had. Buying a vehicle, my husband AJ Laughlin and myself maureen Laughlin continue to deal with a piece of xxxx of a truck , so the sales manager the sales person only care about one thing a sale , first thing we did when we walked into this dealership is tell the sales team what we were looking for what we are spending and we have our own financing, so they proceeded to waste our time with numbers we were never going to pay and trying to get us to use their financing, they are greedy sorry excuses for human beings and I hope everyone that reads this stays clear of this dealership, disgusting way to run a business but they continue to make the $ they only care about

We have reached out several times to this dealership, the same answer no one wants to take responsibility, they want to pass you around because they don't know how to handle this, I can guarantee if I called that number you posted nobody has any clue what I am talking about , I don't have time to chase these people down, if Gary Yeoman is that concerned they would have reached out to us long time ago same phone number no changes, I have moved on to the next step in reporting this issue to the highest levels, BBB has been notified to be cautious as well as Ford Headquarters alerted to this dealership conduct of business , the department of transportation and safety to let them know of issues,

Gary Yeomans forged and altered legal documents
I went to Gary Yeomans ford dealership in Palm Bay Florida on 8/30/22 with my mother and my daughter. we spoke with Robert Lozraites. He showed me a ford explorer XLT priced at $48,000.00, after discussing numbers and trade in values and down payments, financing options and APRs. Myself and my mother were extremely clear on the terms. I was to get $33,000.00 for my 2020 Hyundai Palisade. I was making a down payment of $4000.00 towards the $48,000.00 explorer. the 3 of us women agreed to the terms and signed the paperwork with their finance manager, Manuel Lopez-Calero. it was very late, and the finance manager told us the printer was out of paper and he would give me the agreement the next day when I came back in 8/31/2022. I came back and wire transferred $4000.00 over to Gary Yeomans for the down payment. I asked Marc Occhipinti (real finance manager) and Manuel Lopez-Calero, for my copies of the loan agreement and they BOTH gave me excuses because it was a wire transfer, and it would take a few days. At one point Marc Occhipinti, stood up and leaned over Me and my 10 yr old daughter and got right in OUR faces and said, āSO IM NOT GETTING MY MONEY!!!ā because I told him USAA wants the money wire transferred. My daughter was terrified, and I was shaking over this man yelling in our faces in front of all the other customers and sales reps and the other employees told me that was normal, and he likes it when he can make people scared of him. I was so upset I left. And still didnāt get copies of my signed agreement. All through September I tried to contact Manuel Lopez-Calero for the financial documents to show my lawyer that my account has been closed on the Palisade. My lawyer pointed out to me that this is not normal, and I should investigate. I spent almost a month trying to get someone from Gary Yeomans ford dealership in Palm Bay to give me copies of the financial documents I signed on 8/30/2022, Manuel Lopez-Calero refused, and would only send an odometer reading. on 10/2/2022 I still had NEVER received one page on the financial documents I signed. I finally got my first bill from FORD CREDIT and the loan was for over $64,000.00 when it was supposed to be for $44,000.00. My last name had been changed and spelled wrong on some of the documents and even the way that the initials were PASTED onto the documents the initials, which were wrong as well, were cut off and the GSM Jorge Lopez, after 3 hours of discussion admitted that the documents were clearly changed after I signed them by employees at Gary yeomanās in Palm Bay Florida, and told me that if he fired Robert Lozraites, Marc Occhipinti, and Manuel Lopez-Calero, and got my Palisade back for me and Gary yeomans took back the ford explorer and cancelled the FRAUDULENT and FORGED loan, would I be willing to let it all go and sweep it under the rug. And not continue to have my lawyer investigate this anymore. Now after sinking me $21,000.00 upside down on a ford explorer that I NEVER signed for. I got Ford Credit to send me copies of all the agreements I signed, and they added Gap insurance and 3 maintenance policies. And changed the cost of the vehicle to over $57,000.00, they stated they gave me $30,000.00, instead of $33,000.00, they used my $4,000.00 down payment to pay off the rest of my palisade only giving me $250.00 as my trade in value instead of the $4000.00 I had wire transferred over. Gary Yeomans in Palm Bay is SEXIST towards women on their own coming to purchase a vehicle and TARGETS and PROFILES MILITARY MEMBERS AND VETERANS. They have a ONE-star rating on BBB and a TWO-star rating on YELP. Stay away from Gary Yeomans in Palm Bay. You will be SCAMMED

Very friendly and honest. Gary Yeomans Ford was my most relaxing dealings with a dealership. When we visited Gary Yeomans Ford we were treated like a relative, ( I know what your thinking, thats what everyone says when visiting a dealer.) But believe me I was trying to get into a new car and without a problem they got me into not only a new car but a beautiful absolutely fantastic deal on the car I chose with very reasonable pymts. If your tired of all the crap you go through when visiting a dealership then rest assured Gary Yeoman Ford of west palm is a sure bet that you'll walk away feeling good about your choice. I'm about to buy another NEW car and yes I will be going to Gary Yeomans Ford to buy it. Why you say...well, because their family, we always treat family special....give it a try, Oh, by the way if your looking for a used car, go visit them first you'll be glad you did..Arnie F.
