The finishing touches after my purchase were a pleasant surprise. They helped me program my phone and garage door opener and even had a bouquet of flowers on my front seat. Just purchased an RX 450 hybrid. George Karahalios was my sales person and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The whole transaction could not have been smoother. No pressure, no excessive sales talk, just down to earth, Straightforward communication. Damon the IT tech who explained the features of the car was very knowledgeable.. Rick in finance was great to deal with also. George also knew the features of the car inside and out. Know how the model changed over the years and really knew all the current electronic safety features. When I’m ready to buy my next Lexus, I’m calling George straight away. He is my go to person.
