The highest quality of service in a dealership I have

The highest quality of service in a dealership I have ever experienced. You felt welcomed right from the start. Kris Bowman was easy to talk to and although I didn't get the car I was originally interested in, I do believe he found the perfect car for me. I will not go anywhere else when looking for a car.

Caleb filled in for Reggie on my detail service, very

Caleb filled in for Reggie on my detail service, very friendly guy. The scratches on the hood came out nicely, however, there was polishing compound splashes over the front of the car. Driver's side seats were well-cleaned.

Christopher has assisted my wife and I in the purchase of four of our five Lexus vehicles. His professionalism, communication, and knowledge has made all four purchases go smoothly. Christopher's efforts in the latest GX Overtrail+ purchase are noteworthy since this was a new generation model and in high demand. Additionally, Rick in Finance has also been our "go to" at this store. Great job to the entire team!

I've purchased two certified pre-owned Lexus vehicles at

I've purchased two certified pre-owned Lexus vehicles at this dealer in 2023 and 2024. Both times I worked with the same sales person, Chris Valerio. I've found Chris to be very professional and direct during the negotiations, no game playing, and he is very knowledgable regarding the models. He is quick to respond to any questions via email, text, or phone and has also been helpful with helping me resolve a few minor issues with service after the purchase. On top of that he's just a truly nice guy. I highly recommend the dealership in general and Chris Valerio in specific if you are interested in purchasing a Lexus. We have been very happy with four different Lexus vehicles we have purchased over a long period of time.

Kris was very helpful and easy to talk to from start to finish. He was able to answer the many questions I had on the 2016 Lexus I had my eye on and ensured I left key in hand and a great affordable monthly payment. The roses were a nice touch that my daughter enjoyed. Not only did I get an amazing car but I felt welcomed into the Lexus family from the VIP experience he provided. I’d highly recommend Kris to help you kick off your Lexus journey.
