Went above and beyond to make it happen!!

Let me start by saying that Patricia Gabriel is an extremely valuable asset/salesperson to this company! I only like to deal with one person, and being that she answered my initial request; I preferred to deal with her. Get this part... she actually showed up on a DAY OFF just to help me out, due to my schedule! I wasn't pressured at all! The deal was laid out and she bent over backwards to figure out what worked for ME! NOT THEM! She and the financial assistant in there got the deal done. I felt awful I had them there WAY after working hours but I left happy with how everything worked out and appreciate the dedication to a job that few could do effectively. Great job to all who were involved in the sale... I truly appreciate it!! It was a little over 100 miles away from me but I'd definitely make the drive again for my next vehicle! Excellent place for used car buying

The staff is friendly and professional. No "used car salesman" tactics. Prices are below MSRP. We got a great deal on our Grand Cherokee. Highly recommend.

Extremely professional and courteous

Mike was extremely forthcoming and professional, worked with us and was more than accommodating in giving us a satisfactory customer experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Exceeded My Expectations!!!

Michael went above and beyond in my search for a new car. I had specific requirements. He found me a car that was better than what was on my list.

Great place! Great people!

Having been referred by my son and daughter-In-law, we made the trip from Chicago on Saturday Jan 16. Let me assure you I was not disappointed. Michael Mansour put so much time and effort into finding me the right car and making this such a pleasure. From start to finish I was made to feel like family, Joe made the paperwork effortless, answering all my questions and telling a few great stories along the way! You are to be commended and I thank you all... Love my car !!!

Attention Consumers: Buyers Beware

Dear Potential Used Car Consumer, First of all, I would give Car Connection Superstore a rating of zero stars; unfortunately, that is not an option. Nearly a year ago, I purchased a 2008 Jeep Commander Limited from Car Connection Superstore. This purchase was to replace a Jeep Commander that was totaled in an accident at no fault of my own. The “new” Jeep Commander was delivered with a service engine soon light on. The staff at Car Connection informed me that it would be taken care of at a Jeep dealership located near me because it was still under manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, any rental car expenses incurred would be reimbursed by Car Connection. The service engine soon light was not the only initial problem with the vehicle. The vehicle leaked water on the driver’s side, driver’s side rear seat and in the trunk area. Not even a month later the vehicle had an oil leak which resulted in more maintenance needing to be done which was at the expense of Car Connection. However, the issues with the vehicle continued such as the service four wheel drive system light came on, the radio stopped working as did the air conditioning,the pressure tire system needed to be replace and the service engine soon light continued to come on. All of these mechanical and functional issues with the vehicle were discussed with the staff (including owner Michael), it was determined that it would be best for me to search for another vehicle from Car Connection Superstore. I made the 6 hour drive to New Castle, PA in hopes that Car Connection would have a vehicle in their inventory that would fit my criteria; however, much to my dismay, Car Connection would require that I take a loss on the Jeep resulting in negative equity which would need to increase my monthly vehicle payment. In addition, Car Connection ask that I put more money down on the potential “new” vehicle. Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership frustrated and disappointed. Michael at Car Connection vowed to find me a vehicle to meet my criteria and needs. However, months passed without one vehicle being brought to my attention. Car Connection states on their website, “Our Vehicle Locating Service can find your car in as quickly as 24 hours with no charge!” Isn’t it funny that they couldn’t find me one prospect of a vehicle in over 2 months?!?! In addition, Car Connection states on their website that “Our goal is to take care of you the moment you step on our lot to years to come afterwards.” Well if a LACK of dedication, timeliness, efficiency and honesty is a part of that “taking care of you” policy, I believe that Car Connection delivered on all of the above. This business did not make me a priority instead they made excuses. In addition, the timeliness of communication was nonexistent. For example, I was told I would receive an e-mail on either Saturday or Monday yet I didn’t receive the email til early evening on Tuesday. And it didn’t just happen with a delay of emails, but also phone calls. I know if I had the same excuses for a delay in doing my job or communicating that I definitely would not be employed. And to think that Car Connection Superstore was voted as the Quality Dealer of the Year by the Pennsylvania Independent Automobile Dealers Association. What I find interesting is that the Pennsylvania Independent Automobile Dealers Association (PIADA) has a code of ethics (www.pennsylvaniaiada.com). I advise my fellow used car consumers to do your research of the business by contacting the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General (www.attorneygeneral.gov), ask questions, and diligently review the Car Fax. Since I brought up the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I would like to discuss that Car Connection Superstore is NOT accredited; however, they do have BBB decals on the doors of the store. In addition, this business DOES have complaints against them not including mine. In my opinion, Car Connection Superstore is your stereotypical used car lot with salesmen that lack integrity, honesty, diligence and efficiency. Again, just my opinion. Unprofessional

We were shopping for 2 vehicles to add to our family. We seen 1 we liked on their website so we traveled the distance to see it....when we arrived we were told it was out being repaired. Okay I can understand that things happen, but then the salesperson told us someone had already put a deposit down on the vehicle.... so it was already sold. I'm sorry but I don't think that vehicle should have even been on their website! A manager came out asked for our number in case the person changed their mind. A salesperson called 2 days later & left a message saying it was available because the woman couldn't afford it. In the mean time my husband spotted another vehicle we have been looking for on their website, so he called asking if it was on their lot (we weren't going to drive 40 miles for no reason). We arrived & it wasn't there!! We were told it was lent out to one of their other lots, the salesperson said she looked in the computer for the vehicle after she hung up from talking to my husband. We still decided to take a look at the first vehicle we were interested in, now remember it was already on the website for sale & someone already was suppose to buy it. We got in it....it was filthy inside, looked like they just took it in in trade & hadn't cleaned it yet, & not just the drivers area the entire vehicle! There's no way it was ready to be sold! Then another salesperson takes over & tries to tell me a woman was on her way to buy it from 2 hours away, that she had a deposit on it, but "it's first come first serve"!!!!! Personally I wouldn't want to do business with a company that would works that way. I understand how car dealers work, my Father was one....but that's dishonest in our book. You put a deposit on a car, it's says you are holding that car for them not selling it to someone that gets there first!!! So if you're looking to buy a car from these people don't assume putting a deposit on it will hold it.

However when selling 100 vehicles a month at times confusion is a given. Very responsive and professional communication

I contacted this dealership to inquire about a Toyota Avalon. Patti assisted me, she is a stand-out salesperson: friendly, sense of humor, not pushy, contacted me immediately each time I posed a new question via email (I needed to confirm it was a nonsmoker's car, etc.) My husband and I were right on the verge of buying but at the last minute we located one in a different state that happened to have cooled seats and push button start-- so we opted for that model. My experience with Car Connection Superstore, though, was overwhelmingly positive. Don't hesitate to buy from them!
