Backing Up the H-L 60 day warranty
After I bought my PT Cruiser I was very excited. But then was dissapointed, when it didn't pass inspection in NH. I called Jim Bouras, and he told me to bring down the list. So, the next day I did and my car was fixed that morning by Tony! Saving me $139 in a bill repair in NH! Thank you for making my car buying experience worry free. Walking in to High Line is like going over to an old friend’s house! Everyone is eager to help and make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for. Service was efficient and friendly. I’d definitely return, but I probably won’t need to because my car is so great!

Good Service and Sales team. Car needed a better inspection.
Jim, Greg and Charlie were great with helping finish the sale and upfront about any issues with the car - 2011 Subaru Forester. Being a first-time buyer, I thought the process was going to be difficult, but the team was great. The car needed some work, which they completed prior to me taking possession of the vehicle. I did not like that the company they used to detail the car. The company fully detailed the engine and this caused a belt squeak for a couple weeks. Then not even 30 days from taking possession of the car, the battery died. And I had to pay $100 deductible for replacement. This is less than the full cost of the battery, but I have not even owned the car 30 days or used a full tank of gas. Again, I really appreciate the team and help they provided, but I'll have to chalk this up to a learning experience for the future.

Great dealership, great people!
My experience with this dealership was a great one. The people were extremely nice and very helpful. Jim messaged me back right away and worked with me on the price of the vehicle and Hanaa in finance was amazing. She worked so hard to get me the best deal. She knew I was a first time car buyer and explained everything to me thouroughly. Everyone was very down to Earth and accommodating as well. Felt more like hanging out with a friend than buying a vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership and I love my new Nissan Murano!

Excellent buy
Charlie and Jimmy provided and excellent service in finding the right vehicle for my son and were very fair in their pricing. It took a week to locate the right car for us and they both were extremely comunitive through the entire process. Highly recommend that anyone looking for a particular vehicle to stop by and talk with them.

Great customer service!
Greg was very easy to work with. I spent most of an afternoon looking at and test driving various vehicles with him and it was an enjoyable experience. He is very personable and in addition to "car talk" we had a number of good conversations. I'm very happy with the car I bought and feel I got a decent deal too. The place is clean and well kept. The owner obviously takes pride in his establishment.
