Pioneer Trucks

We bought a 2004 Jeep and drove all the way from PA to get it. We weren't able to get there the day I called on it and there were a few people looking at it but not real serious. We told Chris that we were coming up the next morning so he put the vehicle on hold for us, no deposit required We decided to buy the Jeep and take it home that day. We found the spare tire was low on air and it was fixed within 5 minutes. The staff was great and very easy to work with. A couple things needed to be repaired that we found after getting the Jeep home so we called them up, set a date to bring it up which we did on our way to Niagara Falls. 2 days later we returned and all was fixed. Mike and Matt in the Service dept. were great and very patient with us as we asked numerous questions. They were very knowledgeable and took care of every question we had. They were great. We wouldn't hesitate to go buy another vehicle from them, even if they are 80 miles from home. Great job everyone!!

Went to another dealer down the road who gave me the run around for over a week.. walked into pioneer, talked to Chris and left completely satisfied in about an hour! Completely satisfied with a Porsche that I purchased from chris back in March! Very low pressure, straight forward and very fair. I've been buying from dealerships throughout the country over the past 30 yrs and hate the slippery fast talk that most are known for. Not here though. Very respectful, sincere and honest. I found Pioneer by searching for a particular car online but was not sure if I wanted to make the long drive to go look at it. I live in Oswego and it's a hour and 45 minute drive but I'm sure glad I made the trip. From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was impressed by the dealership. Chris was very helpful and always made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Most people don't trade back in years but I was looking for a cheaper car and the 2009 Taurus I looked at was definitely what I wanted. Chris gave me a great price on my trade and made the whole buying process very smooth. We stopped on a whim last Saturday to look for a truck and once we met Chris and drove the truck we were interested in we made the deal! It was that easy and painless working with Chris...he was polite, considerate of what we were looking for and looking to pay. I really like that you deal only with Chris, there is no running back and forth between sales people and getting a bunch of confusing numbers and there was absolutely no pressure...it was straight forward and quick. My Husband and I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few months ago and love it so much. We had one minor issue with it but they did work with us to get it fixed. We will for sure come back to Pioneer when my husband is looking for a truck. Love how Chris isn't a pushy sales person like most car dealerships. Chris made our truck buying experience a breeze! We traveled ALL over the area for many many weeks to all the dealerships and couldn't find a deal that even came close to what he offered! We have had the truck for just about 2 years with absolutely no problems. Our son bought his 1st car from Chris and is already planning on going back for another ... this time a truck!
